"Knead is a beautiful studio space and has a very lux feel - you walk in and it feels like a spa. This is not why I'm giving Knead a 5 star rating. Knead's greatest treasure is Jenn. You have to see Jenn! She's a phenomenal RMT and very knowledgeable and skilled. However, her secret power is the face massage. Omg when I say that the face massage experience is transcendent! It's a specialized massage that will help with jaw pain, face tension, and basically solve all of your life's problems. I cannot recommend booking a face massage with Jenn enough. If you're still reading this and not booking it right now, what else are you waiting for??"

"I recently visited a newly opened massage shop for a foot massage, and it was an amazing experience! The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing, which helped me fully unwind. Right before my appointment, I had actually bruised my shin and it was quite sore. However, Skye, the staff member who worked with me, was incredibly attentive — they carefully avoided the bruised area while still giving a thorough and refreshing massage to my entire feet and legs. It was so good that I almost forgot I was injured! Everything, from the skill and service to the cleanliness of the place, was absolutely perfect ???? "I did the Salt Glow treatment on the 11th and it was amazing. Not only was my masseuse kind and gentle, the music that was playing, gave the atmosphere a soothing feel. I was first given a body scrub before a warm, sweet-smelling was massaged into my body. The masseuse was very respectful too. Afterwards I was served Blueberry tea that smelled heavenly and tasted delicious. My session started on time and the masseuse made sure I was not allergic to any of the products she was going to use, in addition to telling me about the treatment, before she began. Absolutely loved it and would recommend the spa to anyone!"

"Had a few great experiences getting Botox for TMJ. Went in for bbl laser and experience was less than ideal. I received a full face bbl and a follow up spot treatment with no visible results. In fact, the areas treated got visibly worse after treatments. Pam did offer (I did not ask) 2 complimentary spot treatments. Although I am grateful for that, she was over 30 minutes late at my last appointment (no apology) and advised me she would not treat the spot again. I would have appreciated a heads up and I would not have come in that day. She did end up treating the spot as I was already in. She was less than pleasant during the appt. I have since visited another clinic in Guelph and after just one treatment the problem areas were treated successfully. I should have paid attention to the other negative reviews posted here."

"My first experience at ArtMed was with Ingrid for removal of an unsightly and large epidermoid cyst. Her surgical skill and artistry with stiches means I have very minimal scarring a month post-op, for which I'm ecstatic. Since then, I've started a a series of BBL treatments recommended by Pam, another extremely knowledgeable and professional member of the team. Who knew I could get rid of what I had thought was "permanent red discolouration" on my decollette (which has bothered me for the last ten years)? Pam did. The first treatment yielded amazing results for me (almost all gone) and I'm excited to see how this progresses. ArtMed also carries a range of excellent skin care / treatment products.
