"Simple easy to use and worth the money. I would recommend that they put it a receptionist to assist customers. I think they will benefit from this and make mor3 money. Some people who want a massage may not be familiar with scanning a code and paying online. I understand you want to reduce overhead however, having a receptionist may bring you more business."

"I had the best haircut ever from this place. So far i have tried many different fancy hairstyle studios and paid over $100 just to be disappointed after. Teresa gave me such an amazing cut where the hair fall perfectly in place without even having to style them. I have never been this impressed with a cut that suited my face perfectly. 10000% worth every penny."

"I have used this place for the spa services and they are fantastic. I recently went there for hair services, and it was very very underwhelming. Maybe I expected too much. The lady that did my hair was severely scatterbrained, running around in a hurry almost like she was constantly forgetting something. As it turns out, she was. She was forgetting Me! She was too busy juggling me and another client at the same time for the same thing! Extremely rude and unprofessional as my appointment was booked for almost a month in advance, and the other lady knew that this stylist was booked up and busy.(this other client admitted as much when she came in). Due to that process I had to stay and wait another 30 minutes because a section of my hair got completely missed!!! Upon doing some research of my own I have discovered that this particular stylist has received many bad reviews. I recommend that if you go to the salon do your research read all the reviews. If you attend for the spa services, all the technicians are fantastic and very pleasant."

"Probably the best experience I have ever had at a salon! I was travelling from out of the area for a wedding and looking for somewhere to do my hair and make up. After reading many reviews I took the chance on this salon and they surpassed all my expectations. Hair Stylist Hannah did my hair, beyond amazing and exactly what I wanted. I then sat down with Trina for makeup who did a great neutral look, again exactly what I was looking for. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and just wanted to ensure you enjoyed your time at their establishment. I would highly recommend this salon, I am even considering making the trip out to Guelph for all my hair needs!"

"My appointment was with Roo and he was extremely professional and articulate, explaining my hairs needs and in explaining the steps we took on my color appointment. HoweverHe is No longer there. While I had a great experience with my stylist Roo, my appointment was repeatedly interrupted by the other stylist Theresa. Theresa repeatedly interrupted our conversations in every appointment I had with Roo and she intruded when she was not apart of any conversation however I remained polite and answered her. She at one point tried to get my stylist to finish her clients hair while he was busy with my coloring appointment. The second time I came for an appointment, Theresa was not busy and elected to sit beside me while I had a color appointment with Roo. She made it quite uncomfortable until she had a walk in client arrive which she did try to get my stylist to help with but he politely declined as I was in his chair for an appointment. I went a 3rd time with my husband as he was booked in with Roo for a beard shave and haircut. I was very relaxed while conversing with my partner and Roo our stylist as we are both his clients (and still are currently) Theresa interrupted our conversation with odd questions and then openly accused me of being drunk in public. I believe management should have her enroll in some classes to gain some kind of customer service knowledge as accusing customers of being drunk when they don't know them is extremely odd. I did find it extremely offensive as I do not consume alcohol and have not since surgery in 2016 preventing me from doing so & For that reason, I have choosen not to come back to the salon. I Love my stylist Roo and the experiences we had with him and I am still a loyal client of his."

He takes his time to do a perfect meticulous job, and he knows techniques and tricks I have never heard from another stylist. Very friendly and profiessional. I highly recommend!"
