"There is a reason that Veronica's studio was rated The Best Massage Therapy Studio in St. Albert in 2024! Actually there are many many reasons. I've only been seeing Veronica at We Care Massage since April and I already know that I will never go to anyone else. In our time so far, Veronica has fixed some long standing issues with my shoulders and neck through Deep Tissue Massage and has helped me deal with other pain that I'm having. Everything that the other reviews have said - DITTO from me -- she is kind, well spoken, very proficient in her massage techniques (I've had deep tissue and a small lymphatic, so far :). She's also very knowledgeable about the mechanics (!) of how the muscles and bones work and linking your issue to its likely causation. Even better, not only does she give FULL value for the time you are with her, she's taught me a number of exercises and stretches that have made a big difference to maintaining and supporting the improvements she's made for me, in between appointments. In addition, Veronica stays very much up-to-date in her field and seems to be always reading, researching or listening to web/podcasts. Her background in the medical and fitness fields is obvious and again, she stays current -- for example, explaining to me how the thinking around the best way to work out has changed over the years. My level of comfort with Veronica at We Care is 15 out of 10; my recommendation to anyone looking for a massage therapist (for the first time or replacing someone who's retired, moved away, etc) is GO to Veronica; and my impression of the name of this massage studio -- We Care Massage and Wellness -- is incredibly appropriate; you're getting more than a massage, you're getting a professional who really cares about your overall wellness and will make sure you have the best care for your situation. I would drive 100 miles (or more!) to see Veronica!! Patricia"
