"My girlfriend and I had a spa day here. We had never been and had bought spa certificate of the web. Admittedly when we arrived we were a bit unsure as this place is not what we had expected visually.....not your big fancy spa. However, we decided to take our chances. Wow am I glad we did!!! I have had several hot stone massages but this one was the best! She spent almost 1 1/2 hrs with me. It was incredible, I felt amazing when I was done. We also had a full pedicure and mini manicure. First thing I noticed was that the owner cleaned the spa tub after client before us. That's a good sign. Again my pedicure was the best I've ever had....toe polish was done exceptional ,no excess polish on skin. Yes this place is small and not lavish but in my humble opinion if you want quality then I highly recommend. Both the owner and other lady were very friendly and easy to talk to. I was told briefly about their product line and I simply changed the subject and it was never brought up again like previous review states. It was just a really nice experience with my friend. I felt compelled to write this as I do believe that Willow Creek Spa deserves Kudos for their services."

"I have never had such a terrible experience at a spa in my life. Walking into the "spa" you will notice that the space is cramped. There is one table to get your nails done and then two tiny rooms on opposite sides of the nail table. When it was my turn to get my eyebrows waxed, the lady called me into the back room and had me lay on the table. She then had this huge bright light turned on right over my face so she could see what she was doing (Its like one of those lights at the gynos office, NOT to be used in a "spa"). I complained about the light, asking if she would be able to dim it down, as it was shining directly in my face. Instead she gave me a kleenex to put over my face and one for my eyes. (WTF!?!) The waxing hurt terribly and 2 days later I still have red spots from where she waxed. When the waxing was done, my eyebrows were still sticky/ tacky from where the wax was. Every other spa that I have been too has cleaned them up nicely and used something calming to wipe over them when they were finished. Here however I left with sticky, red, inflamed eyebrows. Also: the whole time I was there she tried to sell me this natural face toner (?) skin care line that they have. Even when said I wasn't interested, the lady still continued on showing me the products!!! I had to be very direct with her, but then she insisted on telling me how I would like better if my eyebrows were tinted and she could do them for more money (Um... no thank you). This was a terrible experience and I will never go back."

"Went for waxing. Rainbow did the job, apparently, she was in a rush. Left so many areas unwaxed. Just to let you the owner know, some people go to the place actually for waxing and they want it done professionally."

"I bought the package which included facial,manicure and pedicure and eye brow threading as well as tinting. Honestly Raman gave me an amazing facial! The best I have ever experienced. She also did a great job on my brows.Raman helped me choose really nice shades of colour for my nails. Raman was very careful and my nails turned out great. I have been to nail salons where the colour was chipped before I got home. Raman has such pleasant energy. She was kind, caring and well just lovely. I highly recommend Raman as well as Natural Oasis Spa!"

"Heavenly experience and excellent customer service. I had booked two services with this spa the past week including a shellac pedicure and a facial (microdermabrasion) and if I could give the workers there more than 5 stars, I certainly would as I am amazed with their services and the time & efforts they put in to make each customer happy???? The perfect blend of relaxation, peace and my skin and feet feels great! Must recommend this spa in Whiterock. I bet if you would book once, you will definitely rebook with their friendly staff for excellent customer service and care & your body and skin will thank you for it????"

"Do not get the Ayurvedic head spa with herb infused oils treatment that they have on Groupon! I was thinking that this was going to be like the traditional Japanese head spas. It was NOT. It was a scalp massage with oil and a wet towel. I was expecting to have my hair cleansed after the oil treatment but was left with extremely oily stringy hair afterwards. I was not offered a hair tie or anything...I had an early dinner to go to today and had to go with an oily slicked back up-do (thank god I had a hair tie). The scalp massage was ok, but really was expecting something much different than that. I even did look up on the website prior to getting the Groupon what the treatment entailed, however it's not anywhere even posted on their list of treatments. I feel like I got scammed...not impressed"

"A friend and I had facials and manicure done today. We found out the place from groupon when we purchased their facials special. The staff were super friendly, patient and did a great job with the treatments. The facials were ok but it’s what you would expect from the choices they had and the price. I had Simran for both manicure & facial. I opted for the head massage add on and it was amazing! I’ve been looking for this kind of head massage for years! I’ve had the Japanese head spa and other head massages but something was always missing. The one Simran gave was what I exactly needed. Had a really good experience here and will definitely come back."

"After reading reviews (after my visit, should have done a deeper read prior) I’m noticing all dissatisfied customers came to this place after purchasing a Groupon. And my experience was no different. My sister and I purchased a 60 minute full body massage on Groupon and booked the appointments for a Saturday. As we were driving there (about 30 minutes prior to our appointment) they called and asked to push our appointments back 30 minutes as they were running behind. At this point, we didn’t mind and were okay with that. Upon arriving, nobody greeted us, and we were given no papers to fill out to indicate any injuries, problem areas, areas to avoid/preference, health concerns, nothing. We both left extremely disappointed and experienced the same poor treatment. The massage itself was very poor, as if the aesthetician had no training. The amount of oil used on our skin, and all up in our hair was an unnecessary amount. She never even asked if she could use it in our hair either. No massage techniques were used, it was if someone was just rubbing oil on our bodies, and the head massage was just quick scratches, it was not relaxing in the slightest and I almost asked her to just stop. But I figured I’d already paid and it would be a waste to leave. Staff even told my sister not to book on Groupon as apparently they take half the cut. Clearly they don’t treat there Groupon customers well as they aren’t getting paid well enough from them. My advice to them would be to stop advertising on Groupon as they seem to only receive negative reviews due to there poor negligence to those customers."
