I’ve had good experiences with many workers but the management and owners are the type that will take the hard worked money from their employees and any tips you give will not be going to the workers its going straight into the pockets of the owner. No loyalty to their employees so they do not deserve loyalty from customers. Edit: Wow seeing the type of response from the owner was one thing. I notice you went out of your way to come back and add onto your response as well. I have visited this spa several times and know how unhappy several employees are. I’m simply standing up for whats right. Thanks for your time

The ladies are all amazing there. I've been coming for many years and they give me great service. Very friendly and gentle with the hot wax. The place is very clean and comfortable.

I took my baby a few weeks now to have her ears pierced. They told me they do them both at the same time one of the ladies looked like she totally knew what she was doing but the other girl was very insecure. Now I regret I had trusted them my baby cus she now has uneven earrings I truly don't know what to do. They should not be doing baby pierce or having new staff doing this is so serious like is permanent. I hope I can save mom's for going to this place.

I went to this location as I have always done in the past 10 years, for an eyebrow wax. This visit was my last. The Gal took me in, sat me down, and immediately got her wax out and applied to my brows without even looking at them to see what needs to be done. I was about 30 seconds in the chair. She took the tweezers for about 5 seconds and that was that. I said, 'That's it", she said yes and gave me the mirror. My eyebrow are still in need of a wax but I will never visit this business again. I even called the store the next day to voice my concern and the Man I spoke with took the information and said he would get back to me. He had to speak with the Gal first. Obviously he did not take my complaint to heart and try to make it right. This was 4 days ago.

I ended up doing a walk in before my wax and I got Sherry who not only fit me in for my finger nails bit toes as well. To top off not only being fit in and on a time crunch, she made me feel extremely relaxed and made it feel like the whole thing wasn't rushed at all. It was a spur of the moment but I've rebooted and plan on seeing Sherry regularly as the quality was great and the experience was amazing. Thank you again!!!
