I cannot rave about this place enough. It’s absolutely fantastic. I’ve gone to a couple places before but these people are the best. I went here for laser hair removal and the technician takes her time to really make sure she gets everything and is so pleasant to talk to. She’s so thorough and has by far been the most effective with the laser. I’ve recommended them to all my friends. Can’t hype them enough!

Very bad experience and would not recommend. As others have noted in their reviews, its impossible to contact the clinic and book an appointment. They never call you back, you need to continually call / text to be able to reach them and book an appointment. They also never communicated that they moved locations, I only found out when I turned up for my appointment and the door was locked and the place near door told me they moved out of their downtown location. You will loose your money - I'm still trying to contact them for the remainder of my appointments that I have left on the package that I purchased.

Update: Owner personally clarified the situation around the location changes and confusion, when we met in person at the new clinic. I appreciate this. See previous review below: Unfortunately, not the best experience here. A little bit unprofessional in my opinion. The communication has not been the greatest and it has been difficult to get a hold of the clinic. I would also never receive appointment reminders. I never received receipts for the second package I purchased from them, despite being told I would. This unfortunately, has led to some confusion as to how many sessions I have left in my package. The communication overall is not the most profession or customer service-oriented in my opinion. I had to reschedule an appointment, so I notified them ahead of time, left a voicemail to ask them to call me back to reschedule for another time, and emailed them too. I never got responses. I even went in person to try to reschedule as I was passing by their studio and saw that their studio was empty and no one was there. Then when I finally got a hold of them on the phone, I was notified that the studio had moved locations! This was never communicated to me at all as a client beforehand (e.g. via email) and I only found out when I got a hold of them. I chose to go with them partially because they were downtown and very convenient. I would not have renewed my treatment package if I knew this was the case as the new location is not very convenient and will take some time to commute to. Treatments were good overall and technicians are very friendly. Communication is subpar and can be more professional.

Hey everyone! I just had the most amazing experience at the spa. The staff there are so friendly and welcoming. They really took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me the perfect experience. The salon had such a relaxing vibe, it was like a mini getaway. It was sooo good! I left feeling pampered and with a huge smile on my face. I highly recommend this spa for anyone looking for top-notch service and a wonderful salon experience. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

I have been coming to this please for 4 years now. Their service is amazing. The technicians are super kind , jolly and very attentive to any pain or discomfort. Plus there is no place in Vancouver which can beat their pricing ! Highly recommend. Service: full body laser hair removal

Poor and unprofessional customer service. First time customer and I was looking to book my first appointment for laser hair removal. I filled out the form on their website which indicates that someone will reach out to me. I waited for a week, no one contacted me. I then had to call them 3 times and went to voicemail 3 times, then finally someone called me back. I get that maybe they were busy. Then during the phone call they told me that they would need to review their schedule and would call me back the next day to confirm the date and time of the appointment. Three days have passed and no one called me back. I don’t care and don’t even know how good their services are or if the google reviews here are legit but it’s just so stressful just to make a first appointment. Horrible first expression and I can tell they are not trustworthy already.

I have been going here for laser hair removal and I am so grateful I found them. It is a mother-daughter run business and they have always been extremely professional and friendly. Their laser machines offer Diode, Alexandrite, and nd:yag. i have had amazing results on my legs and it is 100% painless - I have been to other laser places where the pain was unbearable. their prices are extremely fair and they often offer great packages!! i initially bought a groupon but i was so happy with my results, i purchased several other areas as well. tiana is phenomenal and so easy to talk to. she explains the entire process thoroughly. booking through ig and their website has been super easy!! i would recommend abfab spa to anyone :)

I actually really love the laser hair removal results from this place. I've been a few different laser removal businesses and this machine is the most effect so far. 95% hair gonna after just 2-3 sessions. Highly recommend it and the staff is very nice/friendly.
