I have been going to All About for years - from massages to pedicures and manicures, to facials and different spa treatments in between. I have always been pleased with the services I received. The staff at All About are always pleasant and professional. Recently I had a “Head to Toe Bliss” appointment with Shannon, and it was incredible to say the least. I have had two Services provided to me from Shannon in the last week. The first service was a deep cleaning facial with the add-on of the head massage. Such a relaxing atmosphere. Shannon is very good at her craft the head massage had me absolutely relaxed. The second service was an eyelash-eyebrow tint and eyebrow wax. Shannon is attentive and makes you feel relaxed. She has a great personality and I will be back.

My appointment was cancelled the morning of, I asked why, they advised the text they had sent yesterday needed to be responded to in order to confirm my appointment, the text never stated my appointment would be cancelled if I did not respond, when I said that I got questioned as to why I never responded. I asked for a manager to call me, that was nearly 2 weeks ago still no call. I am very unhappy with how the customer service was handled.
