"I have had two Services provided to me from Shannon in the last week. The first service was a deep cleaning facial with the add-on of the head massage. Such a relaxing atmosphere. Shannon is very good at her craft the head massage had me absolutely relaxed. The second service was an eyelash-eyebrow tint and eyebrow wax. Shannon is attentive and makes you feel relaxed. "Came in needing a refill and someone to fix how awful my nails had been done (never going to the mall location again) stick with who you trust. Which would be Mark here! Mark took one look at my nails and got to work fixing the shape and all the issues my nails had. The best part was he was teaching other staff as he went and showing all the rights and wrongs. Don’t see an owner teaching their staff often anymore. Makes me wanna let his staff do my nails and not just rely on him too. Thanks for the amazing service! I’ll be back!! ????????"

I showed this nail tech a picture of what I wanted and he said in confidence that he could do it, half way I noticed there was much more white than I wanted so I showed him again and he continued to say he knew what I wanted. "I’ve been going to the same nail lady for the last 4 years (shout out to Mimi). She’s out of town for a month and so I HAD to put trust into someone else, and boy was I terrified. However, I did have a really good time. The artists are quick, efficient, and do a really good job and overall shape and colour! I also dabbled in getting my brows waxed for the first time and I’ll 100% be going back for that! The lady was gentle and was asked me many times if I was okay. Lovely experience. That being said the overall price of it was $68 and that’s not including tip. I believe the pricing to be fair, (actually really cheap in my eyes) considering the services you’re receiving."

Me and my daughter went to get pedicures and nail extensions we were so excited when we walked in we asked to pedicures and asked if they did bio gel nails after we were told yes we we in and we wanted reg polish we got our pedicures but then it was time to do our nails they put the wrong set on my daughter I asked the girl and her answer was bi gel was no good… I was definitely throw back as we ASKED twice for bio so she kept doing the nails I told my guy that I was getting bio. After he was in a rush cuz they closed at 6. He was going so fast he burnt and cut me. After when it came to pay they charger me FULL price for nails we didn’t want and an extra $5for taking the peel off nail polish I had on my feet… I don’t what to seem rude but I feel like they should have given me a deal seeing they used what they where’d not what we wanted and perhaps not charge me $5 after cutting n making me bleed so I’m giving 1star I’m so disappointed in this service reminds me why I don’t go do nails anymore +$200 and not happy!!!!!????????"

"I used to really enjoy the whole experience of this place. I'd go at least every month. Then the co^I'd thing happened. Those two years really messed businesses up. I understand the pricing issue. And understand them going up...but they need to be more transparent about pricing. The last time I went I was shocked at the price. I brought my daughter in law with me.... wow. I didn't even get the full service that I used to get. The experience wasn't the same. I didn't leave happy like I used to. ..and I've been afraid to go back. Maybe things are different now..and things are back to normal. ..but yah, long winded..they need to be more transparent with pricing"
