Terrible Client Service – Travelled for Nothing I had a horrible experience at this spa. I called last week for a massage appointment well and they said i can walk on Monday, but when I arrived today, I was told they couldn’t take me because they were "overbooked." This was after I had traveled quite a distance to get there. Not only was the situation frustrating, but the staff didn't seem at all apologetic or willing to offer any solutions. I called before i leave to make i am able to taken care of. The customer service was downright awful—no effort to accommodate me or reschedule. I ended up wasting my time and money on travel, only to be turned away with no compensation or even a sincere apology. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend this spa to anyone. There are plenty of places with better service that actually respect their clients’ time. There 3 stars rate in google should be 1 start worst experience ever.

Bad bad bad customer service. I went in for a 30 minute session. 15 mins in she was hinting that the massage was over. Then she started walking out to get hot towels. I called her back but she ignored me and went anyway. When she got back I said “why are not being nice to me? We come to get a massage when we are stressed and you are being mean?? I paid you money!!…” It was so bad that I started screaming at how poorly I was being treated. I have to assume it was because I am black cos I did nothing to her.

I had 90 minutes massage including back walking , deep tissue and hot stone , in end of 15 minutes she did professional stretching that was I never had before. Thanks! I will be back soon !

This is basically Wonder Queen Spa and Wonder Spa. They changed the name multiple times because their Google reviews are bad. I was hooked because the reviews were more than 4 stars, but this misleading. Massage was below average, the lady kept going in and out like at least 3 times, they changed masseuse in between. Massage was not horrible because she tried. This would have been fine up until the end when I gave my tip, and she asked for more. Not nice

I enjoyed ever min from the min I stepped through the door. Beautiful plants and the place was decorated very tactfully. Lots of candles and of course the wind chimes. (Loved the sound). . I was greeted promptly at the door and new then that I was being taken care of by a very professional staff . The.rooms where the massages are given again Beautifully done and I was teated like a king. Hot stones foot rub and the best massage i have had in years the music again the wind chimes made the experience so relaxing. I truly think that if you are visiting the area you will be making a.mistake if you don't stop and enjoy the great massage and the great people running the Spa. I can't wait to visit again when I'm in the area. . Best wishes to the staff and the owner for giving what I think is the best Spa in the Toronto area let alone Vaughn. Very disappointed. Website clearly states walk-in welcome.needed a massage badly my husband and I search and located Apple Spa pretty close to our house which opened on Sunday until 9 pm we drove there hoping that we could both have a massage only to be told we needed an appointment and that they were busy. Also if I wanted they would accept only one of us. The website did not state only one person per family could walk in. Makes me wonder why we were told especially when there are open until late finally the lady was not friendly and not at all inviting

This has been my Spa for years for myself and my family..we trued so many places before and disappointed..but Apple Spa remains consistent in their exemplary service. I have two teenage girls who are volley ball players and love going there. Not only is Julia and her team welcoming and friendly but professional, they have the expertise on what type of service is required , whether we need osteo or relaxin soothing to relive stressful days or help with injuries. The place is spotless clean , and nice fresh linens and towels. I am 100 percent satisfied with the service , the hot stone massage is the BEST, I would recommend here hands down to friends and family and I am very stingy with putting my name behind a brand or service…that’s how good they are , that I took the time out if my busy day to write a review. This is the best spa in the GTA, hands down. Will never go anywhere else to get a relaxing and soothing massage. Attendants are always friendly and inviting. Rooms are impeccably clean and professional. A RMT on site that takes insurance is a bonus, but wouldn’t stop me from going…they are that good! ~Joe
