Every visit I have had at Cloud Nine has been so wonderful. Most recently I had the pampering package and Lily(the most wonderful human on the planet and the owner) worked with me. The whole visit was perfect and I left feeling so relaxed and my hair felt amazing! Be prepared to fall asleep during your visit, it cannot be avoided! I tell anyone that will listen to book with Cloud Nine!

I wish I could do more stars! My husband booked me the enhanced package for my pre birthday weekend fun and wow, I’m still left speechless. From the moment you get out of the elevator, you can already feel the self care kicking in. When you arrive at the studio itself, the atmosphere in the room with the aesthetic is just on point. The pressure was amazing and the entire experience is one I can officially check off the bucket list. I would give every penny to experience it again and will absolutely be back. Perfect gift card for anyone one in your life or even yourself if you’re looking for some self care ideas!

My friend and I went to pamper ourselves and we were NOT disappointed. Very professional and very relaxing. My face and hair still feel and look amazing the day after. I highly recommend going here.

To pamper myself for a milestone birthday, I booked my first ever experience. Trina is absolutely incredible and truly makes you feel as if you're on cloud 9 with all of her techniques! She melted away all of my stress and allowed me to forget my worries, letting me escape into a world of relaxation. This was such a unique experience and one I'd recommend to anyone needing some pampering.

Excellent! I love a great scalp massage but I took the facial with it. It’s very relaxing. Jenna was superb. It would be nice to have a back pillow for those of us who can’t lay on their backs for 2+ hrs. Docking 1 star for that because I was feeling slightly achy. Otherwise the service was excellent. Skin and hair feels great. Will be going back. Thank you!

I am absolutely overjoyed with my experience with Cloud 9 and the owner Lilly. I am amazed first off by the kindness and generosity of the owner herself and how she took me into her busy day with such sort notice to help me with some severe stress and head tension. I genuinely felt pampered and cared about and that meant a lot to me. The atmosphere is beautiful. One of the rooms overlook the Calgary downtown area. The room I was in had a really cool lighting vibe and the beds are very spacious and comfortable. The service itself was fantastic and my hair has literally never felt softer. My tensions felt like they had just melted away and the facial massage was the best I have ever had! This was an experience I will never forget and will definitely be coming back with friends next time :) Thanks so much! 10/10 stars from me!

I visited cloud 9 head spa on April 27 for a small bachelorette party for my best friend. The staff were amazing and the experience was amazing. I will definitely be coming back in the near future. Thank you for such a great time.

This was a wonderful experience. The owner has gone above and beyond with her training experiences with Thai and Vietnamese with a blend of Japanese training. I’m addition to her hair schooling. For this reason she provided a great experience based off her professional skill set. The important part was that even though I had extensions and knew my hair history they were able to provide a personalized adaptation to my own unique needs. Don’t expect them to dig into your scalp as that will not only remove hair but may damage it as well, they take that into consideration. And use their hands as well as tools… I could go on but the 1.5hr package was 100% worth it and I will be going again
