From the moment you get out of the elevator, you can already feel the self care kicking in. When you arrive at the studio itself, the atmosphere in the room with the aesthetic is just on point. The pressure was amazing and the entire experience is one I can officially check off the bucket list. I would give every penny to experience it again and will absolutely be back. "Excellent! I love a great scalp massage but I took the facial with it. It’s very relaxing. Jenna was superb. It would be nice to have a back pillow for those of us who can’t lay on their backs for 2+ hrs. Docking 1 star for that because I was feeling slightly achy. Otherwise the service was excellent. "I am absolutely overjoyed with my experience with Cloud 9 and the owner Lilly. I am amazed first off by the kindness and generosity of the owner herself and how she took me into her busy day with such sort notice to help me with some severe stress and head tension. I genuinely felt pampered and cared about and that meant a lot to me. The atmosphere is beautiful. One of the rooms overlook the Calgary downtown area. The room I was in had a really cool lighting vibe and the beds are very spacious and comfortable. The service itself was fantastic and my hair has literally never felt softer. My tensions felt like they had just melted away and the facial massage was the best I have ever had! This was an experience I will never forget and will definitely be coming back with friends next time :) Thanks so much! 10/10 stars from me!"

"This was a wonderful experience. The owner has gone above and beyond with her training experiences with Thai and Vietnamese with a blend of Japanese training. I’m addition to her hair schooling. For this reason she provided a great experience based off her professional skill set. The important part was that even though I had extensions and knew my hair history they were able to provide a personalized adaptation to my own unique needs. Don’t expect them to dig into your scalp as that will not only remove hair but may damage it as well, they take that into consideration. And use their hands as well as tools… I could go on but the 1.5hr package was 100% worth it and I will be going again"
