I wanted to do a layered hair cut since long. Had tried to get it done from somewhere else but didn’t get the look I wanted and was disappointed. Jodi from desame salon is fantastic and I absolutely loved her initial assessment and also the suggestion to go for a butterfly haircut. The bouncy layers is just what I was looking for since layers have always been my usual style. I loved her service and almost entire staff at this salon is always polite and welcoming! I was one of first client 20 years ago or so. Never looked back. Hairdressers are so talented and work to achieve what customers want and need, they care, they are thoughtful and they are a lovely team. The owner is such a good person and if you want to support local there it is.

Absolutely love this salon! Had a lovely experience with Kim, who listened to what I wanted and delivered exceptional results. I was wanting to go a darker shade of brown without turning red, and she explained which colours she would be mixing into the treatment to eliminate the red. It made so much sense to me and I loved being involved in the decision making process! The haircut was also one of the best I have ever received, and I would highly recommend Deseame’s services.

Thank you thank you thank youuu! Took me in last minute as someone else canceled and thank goodness! Kim was great! It was a great experience. She precut my hair which saved my neck from the normal pain I get when I get a cut when my hair gets long! This was the least painful haircut I got. Felt nothing! My hair feels bouncy and light! Much needed relief! Will be back for sure! She kept the style to work with my habits since I really do not do much to my hair. Overall an amazing result and experience!! Thank you again!

I have had a ten year relationship with this salon. Kim always knows what to do with my hair and makes it look amazing. The stylists here are creative, fun and the services are all reasonably priced. I recommend Desame to everyone that asks me about my hair. Again today Kim and the salon team came through for me and super last minute. Went here because I couldn't get an appointment at my regular salon. First off the location on Google is incorrect they have moved apparently for 6 months now so someone should probably update the info. Staff not very friendly. After the stylist washed my hair she left me sitting there as she attended another client. Also when I called I asked if the stylus was familiar with the cut I was describing I was assured yes. Alas she was not. Also I was given a coupon card similar to one you get at McDonald's when you buy so many cuts you wait for it...get $10 off! #tacky All said I will not be returning. Spend your money elsewhere. Unless you are happy with mediocre.
