I was wanting to go a darker shade of brown without turning red, and she explained which colours she would be mixing into the treatment to eliminate the red. It made so much sense to me and I loved being involved in the decision making process! The haircut was also one of the best I have ever received, and I would highly recommend Deseame’s services."

She precut my hair which saved my neck from the normal pain I get when I get a cut when my hair gets long! This was the least painful haircut I got. Felt nothing! My hair feels bouncy and light! "Went here because I couldn't get an appointment at my regular salon. First off the location on Google is incorrect they have moved apparently for 6 months now so someone should probably update the info. Staff not very friendly. After the stylist washed my hair she left me sitting there as she attended another client. Also when I called I asked if the stylus was familiar with the cut I was describing I was assured yes. Alas she was not. Also I was given a coupon card similar to one you get at McDonald's when you buy so many cuts you wait for it...get $10 off! #tacky All said I will not be returning. Spend your money elsewhere. Unless you are happy with mediocre."

"J’ai pris un rendez-vous à cet endroit pour obtenir une pédicure française et on a pris la peine de vérifier et de me rappeler pour me confirmer qu’il n’y avait pas de problème a recevoir ce soin. Or, lors du soins, l’esthéticienne ne semblait pas avoir la compétence, ni les outils, pour faire une pédicure française. En effet, la couleur n’était pas la bonne (beige-orangé opaque au lieu de transparent rosé) et la ligne blanche requise pour la pédicure n’était pas bien tracée. J’ai dû payer 70$ pour finalement repartir avec les ongles sablés et nus. L’esthéticienne laissée seule lors du rendez-vous a parlé à sa patronne qui m'a rappelé et m'a remboursé au complet."
