I had a dazzling experience at Deux Chic this past weekend. My waxing was done in a professional and easy manner and the head massage I received was out of this world. 30 minutes became a lifetime. I went to Deux Chic to get my chest and back waxing they were so professional and friendly team. From the front to the end of the store, it was really neat and tidy. The waxing room is so clean. And I love how they also have nail extension service, lash extension and hair extensions for a really good price. I would definitely suggest all my friends to give them a visit if it was boys or girls.

I have been to this place before and had a good experience with Rani. So decided to go back for eyebrow threading and face wax. Unfortunately, this time was a nightmare. Writing this review not to point fingers or defame this place but as a person who is in a lot of pain and agony. I got my face waxed yesterday and while waxing big patches of my skin came off. Immediately after the waxing I noticed the red patches and was worried but the lady said it would be fine. In the next few minutes my face was burning and super painful. I called the owner Rani to let her know about the situation and she was kind enough to suggest a few home remedies and said she would see me the next day. Rani was quite concerned about this situation and helped me to the best of her abilities. Thankfully! I have got my face waxed multiple times but never had this problem ever. I am not sure if this was inexperience or negligence or both. Skin coming off and big scars on my face looks like a something really bad happened. Very bad timing for this to happen as I have a conference coming up in 2 days. I hope the scars on my face go away :( I would not recommend this place “at-least” for this service. Not sure about other services but I would just stay away!!!! SORRY BUT HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

I LOVE this place! East side price on the West side! Rani, the super sweet owner, has been threading my eyebrows for years now! I always love her work, and she is a joy to be around:)) $12 threading plus a generous tip; you can't beat this price and service in all of Vancouver.
