"I have been to this place before and had a good experience with Rani. So decided to go back for eyebrow threading and face wax. Unfortunately, this time was a nightmare. Writing this review not to point fingers or defame this place but as a person who is in a lot of pain and agony. I got my face waxed yesterday and while waxing big patches of my skin came off. Immediately after the waxing I noticed the red patches and was worried but the lady said it would be fine. In the next few minutes my face was burning and super painful. I called the owner Rani to let her know about the situation and she was kind enough to suggest a few home remedies and said she would see me the next day. Rani was quite concerned about this situation and helped me to the best of her abilities. Thankfully! I have got my face waxed multiple times but never had this problem ever. I am not sure if this was inexperience or negligence or both. Skin coming off and big scars on my face looks like a something really bad happened. Very bad timing for this to happen as I have a conference coming up in 2 days. I hope the scars on my face go away :( I would not recommend this place “at-least” for this service. Not sure about other services but I would just stay away!!!! SORRY BUT HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!"

"For a treat during the holiday season I booked a scrub & massage with Damon, a 2.5hr experience. Upon being welcomed into his home studio I was instantly put at ease. His years of service in China reflects his superior art of hospitality. The scrub was amazing. Excellent pressure, exfoliation, and the perfect essential oils for my needs at that moment. During the “baking” of the scrub I had a mini facial followed by LED light therapy. His meticulous attention to detail made me look and feel a bit younger and sexier. After the scrub I was off to the shower to prepare for my massage. The pressure was perfect with long intentional strokes. Any knots that hadn’t melted away during the scrub were now fully dissolved. Damon’s studio is clean, comfortable and a great atmosphere. Looking forward to my next treatment."
