I’m so happy I was booked with Quin the first time I visited! She is so kind and talented at what she does. She’s always up to try new designs and ensures you are happy at every step of the appointment ☺️ All the staff are nothing but kind and welcoming. Sometimes they can run a bit behind in schedule but it’s only because they are so busy which is great to see in a local business! Definitely my favourite place for nails!

We really had an amazing experience. Words couldn’t describe how wonderful this place is to go and get manicures and pedicures. The workers are super friendly with outstanding hospitality. Their services exceed our expectations. Over all it was a divine experience!!!! ????????❤️❤️❤️❤️

I came here in a rush after I broke a nail. I asked if they could get me in and out within an hour and they were more than accommodating. Not only was I able to make it to my appointment after on time, but I was also able to go with pretty nails. On top of this the ladies were nice and the environment was friendly. Left a happy customer and definitely worth the price :)

Went for a manicure with two others and had a prebooked appointment. Showed up on time. The other two people I was with started on time and had a good experience. They started on me 25 minutes later. I did not get a full manicure, the person rushed through it by skipping steps and was quite rough. I finished my appointment at the same time as the other two people I was with and it was full charge.

I absolutely love Steven. He always does such an amazing job with my nails. This current set I got might be my favorite set of all time. It is so beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I love it thank you. It’s nice feeling so comfortable and at home when getting my nails done! The environment is so welcoming. I highly recommend it to everyone and make sure you ask for Steven he’ll get you right! ????????

Great place. Great technicians. They replaces a lot of their equipment recently. Loyalty program is worth it. Can do walk-ins most of the time. If you have a picture they do their best to match what you want. Lovely!

Absolutely love love love downtown nail spa! The staff make you feel like family every time you come in! Each time I get my nails filled i leave thinking this is the set that I love most! To be honest though everytime I get them done i fall in love with them! Thank you so much downtown nail spa for fixing up my nails today!
