The lady was friendly so that was great! I did not get a receipt so you might not be able to claim from medical insurance. Their site only offers one option of massage and I was not given other options to choose from like hot stone massage etc. The technique that was used included using the forearm a lot and didn't really appreciate it. I prefer mostly hands. I definitely felt better afterwards and I liked the head massage and the stretches to the arms, feet and legs, but I think the experience could have been better.

Cons: it's on the 2nd floor, middle-aged ladies, no uniforms, not trained in professional ethics. Pros: cheap, no smell, quiet and relaxing, bed has heater and super cozy, masseuse has really skilled hands and kept hitting the right spots, ensures the client is comfortable and have their pains relieved. Conclusion: will go again.

Legit Chinese massage 60min $70 cash. She goes through your muscles pretty thoroughly. I recommend calling to book in advance since it seems like it can be a one person operation.

Great quality, very thorough massage. Lucy was my massage therapist and I highly recommend her. Would definitely come back. The place was decently clean. Went here with one friend, and they were kind enough to give us the discount for couples even though we had separate rooms. We each got the 60 min full body massage and it cost $62.15 per person after tax, before tips.

Good massage, however. Customer service is a bit problematic. The phone rang every 5 minutes and the message stopped for the phone to be answered. Bit disappointed. Other than that, it seems to be very professional. And no, this is not a "HAPPY ENDING" massage. So if you are after that, you should find another spot. If a good strong massage is what you are seeking. This is definitely a great place to get one.

Best massage ever! My neck and shoulder pain was gone after massage and whole body feel so relaxed . After I was take foot reflexology . My knee and ankle pain was much better . So relax , super good ????

I’ve gone here about 4 times, the first few experiences were great but my most recent experience makes me not want to come back. I did a walk in and it looked like there were a couple people already getting massages in other rooms. The lady that gave me a massage seemed a bit flustered and not experienced. She wore gloves which made the massage uncomfortable at times, her pressure was not consistent throughout and it felt like she was randomly making up techniques as she went. She’d work on one side for longer than the other and use different techniques so it left me feeling uneven and not refreshed. Disappointed in this experience since I paid the same amount as before but the person working on me was either in training or just jumped in without much experience since the other massage therapists were busy. When I went to pay at the front desk she stood nearby and said “Tip”. I always tip when I come here but it felt very rude to demand it, especially when the service was bad.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at EZ Spa! Alice gave me a full-body head and shoulder massage, and she was incredibly attentive, constantly checking in to ensure the pressure was just right. Her gentle touch and ability to adjust based on what my body needed made it such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Afterward, Zia Zia provided a fantastic foot massage, and when I mentioned I’d been dealing with leg pain for about a week, he went above and beyond by giving me an extra stretch that really helped alleviate the discomfort. Both Alice and Zia Zia truly care about their clients' well-being, and their attention to detail made this visit exceptional. Thank you! ✨
