Emily is the epitome of a calming presence - which is much needed after a long week! She is incredibly knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to ensure you are well taken care of. Her space is clean, calming, and comfortable. If you need a silent appointment, she’s more than happy to accommodate. A little chat session with a facial mixed in? She’s your girl. The products and services are excellent, but Emily is what truly makes the experience. Her caring demeanour is what takes the appointment from great to excellent every time. So thankful to be her client! Emily is so knowledgeable in natural and holistic treatments and just her industry in general. She is also so kind and gentle, and gives a relaxing and calm facial experience. I have never SNORED during a facial but it was the most tranquil place and I felt safe enough to snooze!
