Stacey is such an amazing provider. I saw her years ago in another clinic, and I am so happy to get a chance to reconnect. She is the nicest person that will make you feel so much better after your appointment. Can really dig deep into your problem area's while making sure you understand everything that is happening. First time experiencing a massage at Excelsior and feel I was very lucky to have David. He is exceptional and even provided some stretches to work areas of tension. I Came out of it feeling quite rejuvenated. The unfortunate part about this practice is how noisy the other staff and clients are. The treatment rooms are right next to a very busy hallway and it creates a not so relaxing environment for the client. I found it very disruptive (you can hear every conversation) and it’s just not relaxing at all. The other staff were speaking loudly and laughing when I came out of the treatment room so perhaps this is the culture? Probably wouldn’t return again because of this, which is too bad, considering how great David was.
