Newly opened at Hwy 7 and East Beaver Creek. Came in after seeing some signage out front for grand opening special. Was greeted at the reception desk and inquired if it was my first time visiting. She then described the different services and settled on a foot massage to try things out The foot massage room was plenty spacious with 2 large chairs and a TV to keep you entertained. The therapist (Rose) went to work to get all the sore spots out. Will return back to try the body massage with back walking and take advantage of the opening promotion

Called ahead to make an appointment for a foot massage in the early afternoon. I was brought into the room dedicated for foot massages. However, I walked in and all the masseuse was just lying there on the sofa. Not only was it unprofessional, they didn't seem to want to move at all. Finally, they went to see where else to take their break, but ended up coming right back in. I understand it's a difficult career, but I also came to pay for a relaxing time. Their phone was constantly ringing and they were continuously chatting, disregarding my existence. If it wasn't for their grand opening price, I would of not given this place a try. And I won't be back. There are so many other wellness center around that you can go to instead - don't put your money to waste. ** The 2 stars is for the clean environment and my masseuse trying to shut them up so I can have a quieter time. **

I seen the promo outside so I called in and a lovely lady on the phone spoke English very well. However when I arrived no one there could speak English which made it very challenging to communicate. They had asked for us to pay up front first which is unusual because everywhere else I’ve been to ask for payment after the massage. Anyways we ended up paying first. Aside from that, the newly renovated spa is decent but it was so stuffy and hot. There was no circulation or fan. It felt congested and uncomfortable. We were then placed into a couples room that was very hot and stuffy and hard to breathe during the massage. Our masseuses took a while to come in I would saying aprox 10-15 mins after our time but I understand if they’re busy finishing up another session. However they were talking so loud amongst each other in our ears for a good 15-20 mins until we got fed up because it doesn’t make it relaxing at all. Imagine trying to go to the spa to relax and all you hear is loud noises in your ears I don’t think anyone would enjoy that. My partner got up and told them it’s not relaxing when you are more interested in talking to each other than massaging and they just laughed. I’m guessing they couldn’t understand but regardless we shouldn’t have to tell them to stop talking during a massage. The massage was underwhelming. We had tried to tell them several times we like strong & hard pressure but couldn’t be delivered. Anyways we sucked it up till the end. There’s a lot that could’ve been easily avoided to have a better experience regardless of the massage. They didn’t seem interested to care what you need or realize they’re working in a spa where people want to relax. Anyways the place is nice but as for the service.. you get what you pay for. I won’t be coming back here.

- Warm, safe, and welcoming environment - Family oriented environment - Feeling of comfort - Friendly and trustworthy staff - Great attitude towards customers - Clean and hygenic place - Skilled, efficient, and professional masseur - Magical (massage works like wonders) Recommendation: Bring your elders/mother/father/anyone who needs it the most. Truly a blessing in desguise for those who need the body massage. It will help gain body strength and get rid of body pain.
