I really enjoy going to this location. The owner is very friendly. Helena, the RMT I see, is incredibly kind and provides the best massages. I always walk out feeling better and more relaxed. Mike is also fantastic, my husband sees him. Highly recommended this spot.

Called to book an appointment, Patricia answered, very very rude, impatiently and unprofessional employee. Asking me to hurry and again and again speak up as her laundry was going on! I mean she was supposed to book the appointment and take the info needed. How am i supposed to hurry up? Kept saying “i am very busy and i dont even have time to answer other phone calls coming in, also have to go check the laundry and for a round”. All I can say is the most she could have done rather is not answer the phone and call back politely after finishing her “busy” work! However, very disappointed!

Yesterday had a massage with Michael, and it was an amazing experience! Michael was incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly how to address my hip and neck pain. I went into the session feeling sore and uncomfortable, but by the end, my pain was completely gone. The environment was clean, relaxing, and professional. I highly recommend Michael and Hand & Stone for anyone seeking relief and expert care. I’ll definitely be returning!

I came here over a week ago and had a great experience. I was treated to a deep tissue massage by Natalie for one hour. She is very professional while also being very personal, friendly and kind. She has an amazing personality. She was also very good at her massage, she was attentive to the areas on me that needed the most work and I left feeling very relaxed. They follow all covid 19 guidelines and sanitize everything. I felt completely safe in this facility. Would go back again.

I had an amazing first time experience at this place! I've had massages in many spas, and I really like Hand & Stone, Avenue Rd. Upon arrival, Hoei at the reception was very polite, welcoming and professional. The whole place is very clean and organized, and there is a nice sense of peace and good vibes. Helena gave me a relaxation massage with an extra food massage I requested. She is fantastic! The massage was incredible, she made sure I was comfortable from time to time, and made my experience really good. I not only recommend, but I will also return!
