I had an absolutely amazing experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely relaxed. The environment is modern, chic, and thoughtfully designed, creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff -Sophie she is incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel right at home. Lina, the nail technician who took care of me, is hands down the best in Toronto. Her experience and professionalism shine through in every detail. She made my nails look flawless and took the time to ensure I was completely happy with the result. I can't recommend this place enough! If you're looking for top-notch service, a beautiful atmosphere, and expert nail care, this is the place to go. Highly recommend everyone to visit!

My wife saw the head massage promotion on Instagram and asked if I would be interested, so I decided to book a 60-minute session for us as a Valentine's Day gift. I've never had my head massaged before, but I must say... it was really nice! Below are some details of my experience and why I liked it: I booked through the phone to ensure the promotion was still on, but I initially looked at the online system and it was quite easy to navigate and user friendly. When arriving to the spa, the receptionist was very friendly and provided us with some slippers to change into and took our coats to hang. She then gave us a tour of the facility and asked if we wanted our head massages together or in separate rooms. My wife only wanted to do the massage as a couple, so it was nice that we had the option to go together (picture attached to this review is AFTER the massage, which is why the sheets are all ruffled). The room itself was aesthetic and looked clean. We got changed and entered the warm cozy beds to get the process started. My hair is "moderately" long for the average man, so I think it was well worth it. Since I have less hair than my wife, I feel like more time was spent massaging my head since there's not much hair to apply shampoo and product to, which was fine by me. If I had even less hair (aka a summer haircut), I probably would have passed on the experience. Here's why: I loved having my hair shampooed and rinsed! The feeling of the gentle cleaning + combing + rinsing was phenomenal and was by far my favourite part. In terms of the actual massage, it was fine for me and had no complaints. The head therapist asked me if the pressure was enough and ensured I was comfortable. I also appreciated that the oils were scented nicely because I hate the unscented massage oils. When the conditioner was put into my hair, the therapist proceeded to massage my chest and shoulders with massage oil. I generally don't like having massage oil on me, so I was super thankful that she rinsed it off after! Also, the rinsing on my neck and chest oddly felt so sensational and the water was so well controlled - none went down my chest to make the rest of my torso wet! After rinsing out the conditioner we got our hair blow dried and got to enjoy some warm tea. All in all, great experience!

The head spa service was wonderfully relaxing and the space is beautiful. I like that they use quality products like Kerstase and doTerra. I also had a simple gel manicure here. I asked for a natural, simple clean look with some sparkle and got exactly what I asked for. Oh and the slippers here are nice and squishy!

Happy gave us the best spa experience I have ever had! Convenient location to find and park, white glove service that makes you feel like be treated like a truly VIP and the whole store is so neat and clean. When we got there, the front desk lady gave us warm welcome and arranged everything nicely. We chose to try their newly released spa service which lasted for nearly 2 hours. The whole process was so calming and relaxing and their masseuse are so nice and professional. Definitely wanna share with every single one of my friends to try Happy’s spa service!

recently visited this store for a manicure, and I am beyond impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and professional. The salon was clean, cozy, and had a relaxing atmosphere, which made the whole experience even better. I was given a lot of options for nail designs and colors, and the technician took great care in making sure everything was perfect. They used high-quality products, and my nails have never looked better. The attention to detail was outstanding, and they took their time to ensure a flawless finish.

I had their signature scalp care treatment today and I must say that it was so relaxing. I had this before in other spa places but this one is different. From the moment I enter the spa, the staff named Jun was very friendly. Make me feel so welcome and she took care of me very well. The massage from my neck to my shoulder was very good. She did an amazing job. I needed that for a long time and I am just happy that I went to the right place.
