i will definitely be going back here! i did a 1 hour massage with amenities. doing my own mini private nordic experience was so zen. clean and aesthetic enviroment. my rmt brittnay was very professional, diligent in her assessment skills, educational and friendly. the complimentary tea station was a nice touch - i had the apple pie rooibos. thanks guys!

Such a cool, relaxing space! I booked the massage with 1 hour of amenities afterwards. I've been researching Nordic spas for awhile, so it was exciting to find one in London. It was my first time using an infrared sauna, red light therapy, and cold plunge. The Hailey was helpful and welcoming (and gave a great massage). I really liked that I had the space to myself and the little info book to guide me. It made it easier to figure things out at my own pace. I'll definitely be back.

Great amenities and nice little retreat tucked away in OEV. My only criticism is they could improve the entryway - you could use more privacy. Will be back and would recommend to friends.

Such an incredible place! I was having a terrible day and an hour there made everything seem wonderful again. It's beautiful and relaxing. A lovely selection of teas to warm up after the cold plunge. Every detail has been thought of. Highly recommend.

Cannot recommend enough! My fiance and I are not new to the sauna/cold plunge scene but this was our first time at Hot & Cold Micro Spa and it will definitely be visiting at least once a month. Every little detail was thought out, and the space is just beautiful. Thank you thank you!!

Such a beautiful and relaxing space! Massage, sauna, and cold plunge?! Yes please! It includes thoughtful touches like complimentary tea and a shower so you can head out to wherever your day brings you afterward. Brittany is a great rmt with an attention to detail and healing. 10/10 must visit sauna in London!!!!!
