I have come here multiple times for laser hair removal and love interacting with Claudia and Marcela. They're both so personable and funny. Claudia does the laser removal services and was gentle and paced me when the settings began to become more uncomfortable. She is knowledgeable and efficient. She makes an uncomfortable procedure much more tolerable! The clinic space is clean and well maintained. There's a wide range of services and the girls are super patient with explaining what they have to offer. They're easy to reach with questions and follow ups. They also have a discount for LHSC employees and referral bonuses. Highly recommend their services!

I cannot recommend Inner Glow enough! Claudia is absolutely amazing at laser treatments. I had been to other places in the past where the treatments didn’t work, so I was hesitant to try again. From the start, Claudia was incredibly transparent and explained everything in detail, even giving me information about the machine so I could do my own research. It’s clear that they use top-quality equipment. After just my first session, I noticed a huge difference, which gave me the confidence to move forward with Brazilian and underarm treatments as well. I recently finished my sessions, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The difference in my skin’s texture is incredible—I no longer deal with rashes or razor burns from shaving, and my bikini area is so smooth and hair-free. I cannot say enough about this place. Marcela’s dedication to her craft and her clients is the highlight of my visits. Over the years I have had many problems with my skin and have tried multiple skin care products that have only worsened and irritated my skin. Marcela has taken the time to understand my specific skin type and has formulated facial and skin care plans for me that have changed everything for me. I’ve never had an esthetician who genuinely cares about her clients and individualizes her knowledge and treatments to each person. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone. In the consultation I was able to talk to her regarding what my needs were and she has met every one of them. This place is amazing!
