I had a great experience with the hair stylist at Kalani Spa on May 4th. She did a low bridal bun for me for our family wedding lunch, and used my pearl pins to make it look gorgeous! She listened to all of my ideas and ensured I was happy with the look. Already booked her again for our happily ever after party in August!

Booked a last-minute massage at Kalani Spa during a trip to Toronto, and I can honestly say it was one the best massages I've ever had, if not THE best. Amy's technique is magical. Even though it was a deep tissue massage, she worked out all my stiffness in a gentle and relaxing way. The atmosphere was clean and relaxing and all the staff were nice and professional.

I had my best massage ever from Tanya today. It was methodical, the perfect pace, the perfect pressure, and most important it was a true RMT massage that identified and corrected every problem area I had (some that even surprised me and I didn’t realize until she found it). I could only get an appt for 60m - and it was still perfect. I will 100% be back. Thank you Tanya!!!

I have been going to Kalani Spa since 2010. It’s a 1 stop shop for all my needs - no need to go anywhere else! I get my hair, massages, nails, facials, waxing, threading, and makeup. Done here. Highly recommend this place. Please check it out! Also, there is a new master hair colourist Zarina who has recently joined the Kalani spa - whom knows everything when it comes to hair! I am very impressed.

Closed Sundays is an abomination. You are inside the royal York and your services are already mediocre. Please let someone take over that can service hotel guests daily. Do better royal york.

I had a wonderful experience with Maryam. She did an up do for me for the Madonna concert. It was a fun faux hawk that lasted all night. I highly recommend her!

Spent a couple days at the Fairmont Royal York and had services both days. Two massages, first was absolutely fantastic and will be returning to that same lady in the future. The second wasn’t as great but I can now attest as it’s been a while since I’ve had a massage, that it always depends whom you get . Don’t be afraid to try it twice as you won’t regret, finding the right person. Hair Salon provided exceptional colouring and consultation, enjoyed the facial and body wraps, and even had makeup done before a nice dinner at Reign, and help as I am colourblind, so I rarely venture out to try makeup on my own.

Spent the day at Kalini spa with my daughter, had an absolute incredible time. Staff were friendly and the services incredible! Will visit again!
