Best place to get a perfect massage. They are super professional and were also cooperative. Also the place is super decent. Thanks to my therapist-(Rupinder). Also Gurpreet doing a nice job. She just started but has a good way of greeting customers with a very polite way. She explained me everything about the membership so neatly that I had 0 questions????

I have been going to this location for over two years and since they changed the receptionist, my experiences have gone from being wonderful to being absolutely terrible. Their new receptionist Palick is incredibly disrespectful every time I have a booking issue it’s because of her. I am now never coming back to this location so they have lost out on a biweekly client that books more than 90 minutes every session. The truth of the matter is I feel as though if I were East Indian, she would treat me differently. It is so incredibly disheartening to know that I have to give up my masseuse. Who I absolutely adore because I cannot stay at this location.

I always feel so relaxed after my massage and in much less pain than i am before it. Ricquelle is the RMT I go to. Before every massage, she asks me about any new pains and if I would like her to focus more on a certain area. I have been going to her for a while now, so she already knows that i prefer deep tissue massages. As the massage comes to an end, she always asks if there is anything she should focus on before the time is up. She always asks how you feel after massage as well, which just shows she doesn’t just do this as a job, she wants to actually help you feel better. She will also let me know if I have more tension or knots than normal as a quick debrief after the massage and give me some stretches and advice as well. Overall makes for a great experience as she listens to your concerns and genuinely helps relieve the pain.

My experience here was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly professional and had high attention to detail. About 30 seconds into the massage I could already tell that my experience with the service was going to be the best yet. Would highly recommend this massage therapist, his name is Youssef

I have had multiple massages but this was by far the worst experience. I did not feel relaxed after my massage and felt pain in some area where I did not have pain. The RMT was breathing very heavy and chewing gum during the massage. My massage therapist also started by saying im taking you in early so I will be finishing early, but by the time the massage started it was past the time I was supposed to start anyway. She also finished the massage within 50 mins instead of 60 mins. I also found that she was using one hand and was doing different things on each side of my body. She also did not use any massage techniques but seemed like she was just rubbing the same spot over and over. It almost seemed like she did not have the education to be a massage therapist because no real massage technique was used.
