The best DEEP DEEP tissue massage ever!!! Hands down, elbows in lol..Mr. October, Tylor is the most professional, caring and funny RMT. My first time at this location and it was 1 complete hour of excellence from beginning to end. I'll definitely be returning. Tylor, a born natural, you can't go wrong with this guy!

I wouldn’t recommend this place. The receptionist lacks basic customer service skills and insisted on adhering to a strict 24-hour cancellation policy, even in the case of unexpected illness. She expected customers to cancel their appointments before falling sick, which is unreasonable. Despite explaining the situation and the challenges of attending an appointment with a high fever, she laughed (which was rude) and was keep repeating their policy. As a previously regular customer, this experience has left me disappointed, and I won’t be returning. She didn’t tried to offer rescheduling to me, which depicts.

My massage today with Tylor was delightful. Tylor was able to help improve the muscle tightness I have been experiencing for weeks as the result of a recent fall. Tylor was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional in his massage treatment. Range of motion much better! I will definitely be back to see Tylor again next week to continue moving forward in my healing journey. Thank you so much Tylor. A great first experience Mr. Magic hands ????
