I went to go for my booked massage tonight, and I was advised I had no appointment booked. I booked this apt on March 12th and have received multiple email and text confirmations, which I showed the receptionist my confirmation emails and texts. She was extremely rude and said “what do you expect me to do”. I left without a massage, and this is the 2nd time in the 3 months I have been going to them that they have done this. I will no longer be “booking” massages here. Defiantly not worth your valuable time if you are looking for a place to get a massage!

Marnie was great for my appointment. I enjoyed that aspect of coming in. If it were not for the reception, I would come back to see her again. Unfortunately it took over 30 minutes to be allowed to pay for my service. The receptionist had someone else pay as me (due to not asking for name after service) and it took him over 20 minutes to figure out how I could pay the amount I am suppose to rather than the extra $30-40. I then told him I had a gift card to cover some of the cost to which he replied “Oh I wish you’d just pay cash it’s less work for me”… which then took over another 10 minutes for him to put the gift card through. When he finally figured out that my total was $10, he entered it on the machine and said I could pay. He entered $0.10 instead of $10.00 and seemed annoyed when I told him. I guess I could have just paid the $0.10 to save some hassle for myself. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have had issues with reception there. The last time I went there, I paid for my service. They later submitted the cost to my insurance company, ultimately getting double payment for the service I received. They refused to reimburse me for over a week, which included a female receptionist yelling at me on the phone for their scam. Which is all unfortunate for the staff working there since I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s more people who do not return because of staff working the reception area. I only give this 2 stars because my actual appointment was great.

I love my reflexologist. She's the best. I've been to many in other cities. There is no one who has the same service, care, and technique as her. Also love the front desk staff. So friendly and helpful and welcoming. I'm bringing my sisters for back to back appointments when they visit this summer!

The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. I had one of the best massages I've ever experienced and I left feeling significant relief from my sore muscles. I highly recommend this place

I had an awful experience here with 0 communication from the management after I tried to get in touch with them. I was left with bruises all over my back and shoulder in more pain from the massage than I had before the appt. It was supposed to be a relaxation massage and I told the masseuse it was too painful and she did not stop/go lighter on the pressure. Do not waste your money here.

Hands down, the best massage I've ever had, thanks to Maribel! She was incredibly thorough, ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend her, especially for those who may be too shy to speak up during their session. Will definitely be back!

Clean entrance Clean room and laundry Fantastic massage session. Worked on my calves to relief tension from RLS, like I've never had before. Probably the best one ever!! And I'm 61.

Had an acupuncture session today with Marnie, who does traditional Chinese medicine. She did a variation of cupping, acupuncture and gua sha on me. She thoroughly explained everything that she was doing for me which was a refreshing change from other practitioners in Regina I’ve seen who just start sticking you and leave. I will be back!
