I’ve visited Massage Addict St. Albert twice now after moving there from a different massage clinic. On both occasions I was greeted by friendly front desk staff. The clinic entrance has a fresh and clean appearance with a lovely seating area. My massage therapist on both these occasions was Gongfeng. He used a technique I had never experienced before, it took me a minute to adjust from what I was expecting but it was wonderful!! I have found it very effective. Not only do I feel the tension dissipated, I also don’t have the after massage soreness or skin tenderness I typically have had. Win win!! Highly recommend seeing him.

I go and see Miriam every couple of weeks and I absolutely love her! She is very professional and really great at what she does. She's always able to work out the many knots in my back (even the really tough ones) and she makes me feel very relaxed and calm. It's an amazing experience every time. Thank you Miriam for taking such good care of me and making my back pain disappear! Would definitely recommend seeing her if you're in pain!

I haven't always had the best experiences here but never left a review. After my last massage last week I felt I needed to. By far one of the worst massages I ever had and even though it was covered by insurance I felt it was a session wasted. In fact it was so bad that it left me needing another massage. I have since found a new clinic and won't be back here. On that day not only was the massage bad, but they were doing some type of renovations in the next room so there was noise and drilling happening. If you have been here before then you know the walls are thin as it is. So my massage that was supposed to be relaxing and reduce stress was anything but. Although it is convenient to get in here, I find that they lack ambiance, quality and overall feels too clinical for my liking.

Friendly reception and clean facility. Went for a medium pressure massage and left with painful bruises all over my body. If I come back, I'll definitely book with someone else.

I got a massage here and it was anything but good. The woman was extremely rough with me and seemed very annoyed to have to do her job. I left my appointment feeling more injured and as the night went on bruising appeared down my back. I am unable to sleep due to the pain she’s caused me. I will never be back here.
