My mom and I went to Pure and Simple for a relaxing facial and some self care. What an experience! Wonderful and kind greeting from owner, Leslie, and the technician was amazing. Had a full hour of pampering which included massage. Clean, welcoming spa, highly recommend!! ❤️❤️

I’ve been a customer of Pure & Simple for 10+ years. I moved to Durham in 2020 and switched to the Oshawa location from downtown Toronto to shortly after. If there was an option to give 10 stars I would. I have never had a bad facial here. Service is always outstanding. I love P&S because facials are what they know and do well. They aren’t like other spas that do pedicures, manicures, etc. They specialize in facials so when you go here you know you are getting the expertise.

I had an incredible experience at Pure and Simple Oshawa! The microneedling and facials were absolutely top-notch, leaving my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The staff is beyond amazing – they’re friendly, knowledgeable, and make you feel completely at ease. A special shout-out to Jasmin for being the best! She’s incredibly skilled and made the whole experience so enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for professional skincare treatments! 5 stars all the way!

I was so excited to have a facial. I've not had one in years, and my experience today was beyond what I imagined it to be. From the moment I walked into Pure + Simple, I felt instant relaxation along with a comforting welcome from the owner, Leslie. I had the pleasure of pure relaxation from Jasmin. She made this experience even better by not only with the facial, but she answered my questions and even provided me with information on ways to continue keeping my skin looking its best! I had a Deep Detox facial today with Yailin - and it was simply wonderful. The owner is very welcoming and kind from the moment you step in the doors. Yailin was extremely knowledgeable and comforting. She did an extensive extraction along my jawline and cheeks, somehow managing to be gentle but thorough. She answered all of my questions thoughtfully and assisted me in identifying possible causes for my clogged pores. My skin feels amazing. I will most definitely be a regular customer after today. Absolutely fantastic. The vibe in the spa was so relaxing. I saw Jasmin. We chatted before the facial and she gave some pretty great recommendations for better skin. They also sell products but don’t push you to buy (which I love). The whole experience was so relaxing. I left feeling calm and my skin feels amazing. I will definitely be back.

I had my first facial with Jasmin here today. It won't be the last! I really didn't want to leave ???? She was very caring & professional. Amazing products, my face feels bright & refreshed. This was my second visit to Pure & Simple & I received the best facial from Gordana!!!!! I let her know from the beginning that my philosophy is “less is more” so I was not trying to do anything too severe to my face. Let me tell you, she delivered with mastery! I will be returning to visit Gordana in about 2-3 months! 10/10 would recommend, especially if you’re a brown-skin girly like myself!!
