"I’ve been a customer of Pure & Simple for 10+ years. I moved to Durham in 2020 and switched to the Oshawa location from downtown Toronto to shortly after. If there was an option to give 10 stars I would. I have never had a bad facial here. Service is always outstanding. I love P&S because facials are what they know and do well. They aren’t like other spas that do pedicures, manicures, etc. They specialize in facials so when you go here you know you are getting the expertise."

"I had a Deep Detox facial today with Yailin - and it was simply wonderful. The owner is very welcoming and kind from the moment you step in the doors. Yailin was extremely knowledgeable and comforting. She did an extensive extraction along my jawline and cheeks, somehow managing to be gentle but thorough. She answered all of my questions thoughtfully and assisted me in identifying possible causes for my clogged pores. My skin feels amazing. I will most definitely be a regular customer after today.
