I just had my second pedicure ever and was lucky to be paired with Rosie - she was amazing. She made me feel super comfortable right away, which was great since I’m still kinda new to the whole pedicure thing. What I really liked is that she explained everything she was doing and why—so it wasn’t just physically beneficial, it was actually informative too. The spa itself was really clean, calm, and had a nice vibe—everything felt fresh and relaxing. Chill yet professional experience overall.

I just got a Buccal massage and it was AMAZING! Cindy was great! She used several techniques, was very knowledgeable, super friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I originally went because I have TMJ and get chronic headaches, but the service is so much more than just a massage! I left with my headache gone, my skin feeling so smooth, and my mood completely lifted! I will be booking again with her soon for sure. Highly recommend :)

I just had my first relaxation massage at the 1432 Wellington location. The experience was great from start to finish. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere was relaxing and nicely decorated. The massage is customized to your wants and needs. I felt very comfortable and relaxed through. I will return and try other services as well!

I never knew Renu had a whole manicure -pedicure spa right behind the front desk. I loved my treatment - very thorough and relaxing. I have a medical condition that prevented me from seeing the entire pedicure through and everyone was so lovely and accommodating. I will be back here for my future mani-pedis without a doubt.

I’ve had several facials with Elena at Renu Spa on Wellington St and it’s always a wonderful experience. The ambiance of the spa is very calming and relaxing. I particularly appreciate how she carefully examines and treats my rosacea-prone skin, using the best products. My skin feels amazing and looks brighter, firmer and smooth in just an hour. I highly recommend Elena at Renu.

I've been visiting this spa for several years, primarily to see my massage therapist, Kirstin, and I can't recommend her enough. She is incredibly professional and an outstanding massage therapist. The spa itself is always clean, quiet, and has a lovely, relaxing room to wait in. It’s always a wonderful experience, and I look forward to each visit!

Renu offers an Incredible, and relaxing atmosphere… but what takes the cake for me was the amazing attention to detail, and care received during my services. I have been seeing both Camille and Angela, they are both talented, and very knowledgeable, and so kind and friendly. I also love all of the skin care products I have purchased from the spa. Shout out to the lovely front desk ladies who always greet me with a smile.

Always a pleasant experience getting facials at Renu, wonderful ambience and staff. The last time I went for a facial, I got Elena and she was absolutely exceptional.
