I was attended by Priya and she has some amazing talents. Super happy with how my brows turned out. Definitely worth my visits from now. Go to Priya if you want that wow look of your brows ????

Went for a couples massage today, it was in two different rooms.. atmosphere and relaxation 6/10. Massage 3/10. Couples massage 1/10 Had an appointment for 5:30 showed up at 5:20 and sat there untill 6pm watched the clock and massage started at 6:05pm and end at 6:53pm…

I’ve been going to Priya since November for eyebrows and I couldn’t be more happier with her service! She is so kind and does absolutely amazing eyebrows. Her work is perfection. She’s takes her time and ensures you are happy with the service she provides. I am always satisfied when I leave the spa. I would highly recommend anyone to visit Priya. You won’t be disappointed!

My boyfriend and I booked a couple's massage from a Groupon. There was confusion about the appointment as we received a text reminder, a phone call reminder, then on the day of we got another text reminder for a different day and time. I called them immediately and they said yes they can fit us in?..They said that must have been for a different client. So that was weird. Then when we got there, lovely atmosphere and calming music but not the friendliest service. Took them awhile to bring us to the rooms. Once we got to the rooms they were actually 2 different rooms that are beside eachother, which they called "a combined room" because there was a door open between them but my boyfriend was further back from the door so there was actually a seperate space the size of a large closet between us as well as walls. So that was not a couples massage at all. The bed was comfortable and warm. I loved the hot towels. However, my massager seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. She pulled my hair multiple times as part of the massage and rubbed my eyelids once. I have gone for many massages at mutliple spas and never experienced that before. She also would lean on my body with her one hand while massaging me with her other hand. I did mention one area where I have a pinched nerve and she was very careful with that area which I greatly appreciated. After the massage they did not offer us water or anything. I wouldn't go back but for the deal we got I guess we got what we paid for.

This is the second time I've been to Ritual Spa. The first time I got a 30 min foot massage from Priya. It was the first time I went for a proper massage. She was kind and adjusted pressure as needed. I found the massage great and enjoyed chatting with her, so much so that I booked my first ever 1 hour body massage with her as well. What. A. Treat!! I am so relaxed! This is my go-to for massages! I will check out their brow options at another date as well! Recommend to anybody looking for an affordable, good quality massage. Thanks Priya!!

Priya did a fabulous job with the Anti-Stress Spa Package, which included a full-body scrub, massage, and facial. From start to finish, she made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The entire experience was rejuvenating.
