I have been here several times. The environment is nice and clean. The front desk is also very friendly. Today I tried the table shower. It was very comfortable and the massage made me feel happy. Cindy's massage was very strong and relieved my shoulders. It is worth recommending. I will come back.

OMG, what a blissful escape!???? I've tried many spas, but this table shower and massage combo was next level! ????‍♀ Started with their amazing water circuit - the perfect warm-up. Then came the body scrub that left my skin feeling baby-soft. The massage that followed was pure heaven! ???? My therapist knew exactly where to focus and used just the right pressure. Walking out, I felt like I'd been transformed into a new person - lighter, refreshed, and totally zen. Already booked my next visit!

Decided to get a much needed massage last week at SL. I think they did some renovations. The place looks much better than before, very clean and comfortable. No change to the rate still $60 per hour plus $20 for table shower. After 40 minutes of the strong massage move to the table shower room. Nicely equipped, very relaxing. ????

Wow!!! Just had a perfect table shower at Shangri-la spa. I would say this is definitely the best Asian massage in Richmond Hill. The spa effectively relaxed the muscles and the massage afterwards was even better. It was a real treat. I would recommend this place. It was a double pleasure for both the mind and body. 10/10 recommend this place.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Shangri-La Wellness & Massage Spa, and I feel compelled to share it. It was my wife's birthday, and I wanted to treat her to something special. I called the spa at 10:30 AM to book a 90-minute couple's massage for 5 PM. They confirmed the appointment and even mentioned a first-time customer rate of $100 for 90 minutes. However, when we arrived at 5 PM, they told us they had no record of the booking, despite checking their call logs and confirming that I had called earlier in the day. Instead of honoring the original booking, they said they could only offer a 60-minute massage for $110—completely different from what was promised. This level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service ruined what was supposed to be a special day. I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I cannot recommend this spa, and I suggest looking elsewhere for reliable and respectful service.
