"My friends and I came here to try the Combo 2 – Tranquility, and the entire experience was wonderful. The booking process was seamless, and they even followed up with a call to confirm. A quick note: the room is designed to accommodate only two people at a time, but they kindly adjusted the steps to ensure all three of us could enjoy the experience together. We began with a relaxing foot soak, followed by a head, neck, and shoulder massage that melted away any tension. Next came the hair wash, and I have to say, I don’t think my hair and scalp have ever felt this clean! They were incredibly thorough, and after blow-drying, they applied a nourishing hair oil that left my hair feeling unbelievably soft. The experience continued with a facial that included a compress mask, cleansing, and exfoliation. My skin felt noticeably softer and refreshed afterward. To top it all off, we were treated to tea and chocolates, adding an extra touch of relaxation and indulgence. The staff were incredibly kind, explaining each step along the way and making sure we were comfortable. They even surprised my friend with a small gift for her birthday, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The esthetician from my first visit was lovely, but I left feeling a bit disappointed because the service didn’t quite meet my expectations—I didn’t feel like I got what I had come for. To the spa’s credit, the manager reached out to me immediately after my review and invited me to come back. I really appreciated that level of responsiveness. It turns out the service I originally booked was a light cleansing facial, and there are other options on their menu that would have better met my needs. Today, I came back for a new facial with Emily, and I’m so glad I did. She was fantastic—she explained each step of the process and made me feel completely at ease. I have been a Kleinburg Wellness client for many years, and can attest to Jessielyn fitting right in with the other professionals in the office. She was kind and courteous, professional and ethical. She has firm hands and provided a deep tissue massage that really helped me with my lower back, neck and shoulder pain. "WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR RELAXING EXPERIENCE. The room was not dark at all, it had all the light coming from the window which receptionist never mentioned when I booked the appointment and I was given a towel to put on my eyes which was so thin that it didn’t really work (the room had big window with a blind that didn’t stop light at all). Not only that, the massage room was right beside main door and receptionist area was making it worse as it was all noise instead of being relaxing (people coming in & out, loud conversations and no music at all). The experience with massage didn’t go well either. “Jessielyn” did my massage and didn’t focus on the area that I needed massage for rather she spent time on non-important areas and was pressing on bones and I felt no difference after massage. Also, I asked for oil massage and felt like the oil was close to none and she was more concerned for the time. I mentioned the room problem to the receptionist and behaved like it was no big deal by saying “thanks for letting us know”. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone and if you still decide to go please make sure you get the dark and quiet room bcz otherwise it will ruin your whole experience of massage."

No change to the rate still $60 per hour plus $20 for table shower. After 40 minutes of the strong massage move to the table shower room. Nicely equipped, very relaxing. ????"

The spa effectively relaxed the muscles and the massage afterwards was even better. It was a real treat. I would recommend this place. "I had an extremely disappointing experience at Shangri-La Wellness & Massage Spa, and I feel compelled to share it. It was my wife's birthday, and I wanted to treat her to something special. I called the spa at 10:30 AM to book a 90-minute couple's massage for 5 PM. They confirmed the appointment and even mentioned a first-time customer rate of $100 for 90 minutes. However, when we arrived at 5 PM, they told us they had no record of the booking, despite checking their call logs and confirming that I had called earlier in the day. Instead of honoring the original booking, they said they could only offer a 60-minute massage for $110—completely different from what was promised. This level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service ruined what was supposed to be a special day. I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I cannot recommend this spa, and I suggest looking elsewhere for reliable and respectful service."
