I was met with exceptional customer service upon arrival, had a fantastic consultation. I felt really heard by the professionals at Skin Vitality when asked what I was looking to achieve/ and addressing any concerns that I had. It was awesome to be able to work together to come up with a treatment plan. The staff at Skin Vitality paid great care to the details of my treatment so that I could relax and have an amazing experience. The team was also extremely accommodating with appointment specifications. I know I am in outstanding care at Skin Vitality Burlington. Thank you team!

I came in for my appointment a little nervous, not knowing what to expect. Lucas greeted me with a lovely smile and brought me to meet the nurses for my consultation. Everyone was so lovely and helpful. I had a very enjoyable experience and look forward to coming back (and bringing some friends too!)

The visit/consult was awesome. I asked many questions and they were answered with a great deal of knowledge. I was able to also speak to the nurse around my concerns and she was also very professional and informative. I felt absolutely no pressure at all to do any procedures. Friendly , welcoming and very professional.

I had an appointment today at this location for 10 free units of Botox, which I won by entering their Mother's Day contest, tagging three friends, and sharing it on my Instagram story. I've included screenshots of the contest post and our conversation for transparency. When I arrived the gentleman at the front desk was super friendly, and I was asked to fill out a new client form. Things went downhill when I met with another staff member, who appeared to be the manager. She took me into an office space, and we discussed Botox. I explained that I was new to Botox and unsure where I wanted the injections, but I was clear that I just wanted to use the 10 free units I had won. The staff member left the room and returned with the nurse injector. Despite reiterating that I was new to Botox and nervous, the manager informed me that I would have to make a purchase to receive the free units. I was taken aback, as the contest post and confirmation clearly stated that the units were free. The nurse injector was understanding and polite, but the manager's behavior was argumentative and judgmental. Despite my protests and evidence that the units were supposed to be free, they refused to honor the promotion. As a salon owner myself, I understand how promotions work, and it's unacceptable to mislead customers in this way. What's even more disturbing is that this behavior seems to be a pattern. A friend of mine had a similar experience at the Oakville location, where she was made to feel like the Botox wouldn't be enough and was outright insulted. For a business that claims to help women look and feel their best, this behavior is appalling. In our industry, we should be focused on making people feel uplifted and beautiful, not belittled and disappointed. The fact that this business relies on positive word-of-mouth to attract customers makes their behavior even more egregious. I will not be returning to this business, and I will make sure to share my negative experience with others. The promotion is essentially a scam, and I believe the business should be transparent about the terms and conditions of their promotions to avoid misleading customers.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Skin Vitality, all thanks to Angelina! I typically only trust boutique clinics for my Botox and filler, but after moving from downtown Toronto to west oakville I decided to give Skin Vitality a try—and I’m so glad I did. Angelina is incredibly skilled, professional, and has an eye for natural-looking enhancements. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything thoroughly, and made me feel completely at ease. My results are flawless—refreshed, natural, and exactly what I wanted. I’ve officially found my go-to injector and won’t go anywhere else!

Burlington Skin Vitality clinic is the best! The staff are exceptional especially Nurse Aashi!! Nurse Aashi is very professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. Not to forget to mention her wonderful personality. She takes time with me, explains procedures and answers all my questions. I always feel comfortable with her and know that the results from her treatments will be outstanding!!
