I've been dealing with chronic neck issues for years, and finding Karin for massage treatments has been the most effective way for me to manage my pain. She is incredibly skilled, intuitive, and truly cares about her clients' well-being. I see her weekly, and each session leaves me feeling so much better—both physically and mentally. She takes the time to understand what’s going on, adjusts her approach as needed, and is always supportive in helping me manage my pain. If you're looking for a massage therapist who is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in your health, I can't recommend Karin enough!

Very happy today leaving Soma east , clean warm and welcoming atmosphere, I had the pleasure to meet Romona she was very friendly , professional, and pleasant, she did a wonderful job reshaping my nails ???? she did nail art ???????? the gel nails were thin and smooth, the price super reasonable, I will be back ☺️

Went to this place for the first time and will never go back! They literally rip you off for what I had was a pedicure. I’ve gotten more at most other places for way less money. The only reason I went was I had a gift card to use. $73.50 for a basic pedi which was not a whole lot! Most other places offer so much more like the spa pedi is just under $50 with my choice of polish or shellac. Soma your prices are ridiculous and when I asked for shellac they said it took to long and my only option was nail polish! Most everyone else I have been too does what I’m wanting and even without an appt! Never will I go back! Feel very much ripped off!

I’ve been booking appointments for my family at Soma Spa for some time now, but my recent experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I initially made a cancellation for my husband’s massage, which was not showing up online, but I had it confirmed in my own calendar. When I called to cancel, the receptionist reassured me twice that the appointment had been successfully canceled, and even confirmed our next appointment. However, when Monday came around, my husband received a call about a "no-show" for the appointment. I immediately called back and spoke to the owner, who told me the staff claimed I had confirmed the appointment. I explained my side, but after 10 minutes on the phone, the issue was still unresolved. It was beyond frustrating to be put in a position where I felt like I had to explain myself multiple times. Why would I lie about something so minor? If it had truly been a missed appointment, I would have had no problem paying, just as I did two months ago when my daughter overslept and arrived 30minutes late. What’s especially disappointing is that we’ve been loyal clients of Kaitlin's since she worked at Massage Experts, and we followed her to this location — all four of us. After this experience, I don’t think we’ll be returning. It’s a shame that a simple appointment cancellation turned into such a drawn-out, negative experience.

I absolutely loved my visit here. After dealing with such a horror show at another nail salon I was extremely stressed about going to another but this salon was incredibly inviting and I felt at ease and listened to the entire time. It was very clean and tidy. I enjoyed a nice cold drink. The wonderful service was great. I would highly recommend this salon. They are all such great staff.

Recently switched to east location from north as I have moved to this area. I was apprehensive about starting with a new massage therapist. I am more than happy with Kaitlyn, I have come away from 3 massages so far with the best results! I have found my new go to massage therapist ????
