Waterfront Spa is a lovely and beautiful spa with professional therapists. I have long suffered with my back and from time to time I need a deep to medium tissue massage. Ana, is a very hospitable manager who always takes care of her guests and the complimentary Prosecco is just an icing on the cake. Will definitely recommend the Waterfront Spa to those who need either a sports or recreational massage. In addition, I noticed they offer pedicure and manicure services as well. I also loce the location ans the view is exceptional. You can see the entire Vancouver skyline from the window as you enjoy your treatment.

The manager was so nice and careful throughout the entire treatment! I got the waterfront signature facial and it was wonderful! Very thorough and the lady was very gentle in walking me through exactly what was being applied onto my skin and what step she was doing at any given moment. Highly recommend trying the signature as a first treatment if youre new to the spa!

Lovely spa experience, my pedicure was done with such care & precision. The view is stunning. I will definitely return as it’s so close to home. My only minor negative was that staff members (waiting for their next clients) were having long personal conversations with each other in the spa area, & as the spa is small, that kinda disrupted the relaxing ambience. Aside from that, loved it!

How can you not feel relaxed here? Beautiful little spot with views of the water. Bright, clean, and cozy space. Not a huge spa but I was the only client at the time which made it even nicer in my opinion! I booked for a gel pedicure and it looks like work that came out of a magazine--clean, precise, and still flawless weeks later. 100% worth making an appointment.

I booked a classic facial treatment with my best friend. All staff was really kind and professional, the view from the spa was literally picturesque, clean and comfy room… we spent amazing and relaxing time. Of course, I'm happy with the results, my skin became smooth and glowing. We also enjoyed shopping and sightseeing around the Hotel, I really like the North Vancouver area. We cannot wait to come back again!

I had a pedicure there last Saturday. Such a lovely space, the view is amazing. Pauline made me feel welcome and comfortable, and the pedicure is flawless. She really pays attention to detail, and took her time to make sure my feet were perfect. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
