I recently booked a facial appointment for my daughter, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Joy, the esthetician, was absolutely amazing—she gave the best facial and made my daughter feel completely relaxed and pampered. Amisha at the reception was also fantastic! ❌❌❌❌DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY TO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL SERVICES SPECIALLY WITH TECH “GAMMIE” I had a very disappointing experience with my recent micro needling appointment. I arrived 20 minutes late due to an accident on my way, and when I met with the technician “Gammie”, she pushed me to switch to a chemical peel, despite my booking for micro-needling. After finally proceeding with my original treatment, I had to wait over 35 minutes with numbing cream on (probably attending other customer ) before being asked to fill out a consent form—this should have been handled beforehand. The technician also argued with me when I asked to remove the numbing cream And decided to discontinue the treatment with this unfrofessional service and tech throw my clothes on table in a very rude manner. I felt disrespected and unimportant. Very unprofessional, and I hope they improve their customer service.

My first time (and definitely not my last) visiting Uptown Med Spa. I had the loveliest signature facial with Kimberly and saw immediate results post treatment. It was an easy to find location with ample parking and the friendliest reception.

I had a great experience with Kimberley for laser hair removal as she was very meticulous and professional with the treatment and took her time to glide the laser over areas I was most concerned about. I will definitely be booking with her again!

I had a full body laser appointment here last week and had a great experience! The tech (Fatemah) was really friendly and assured me the laser would not hurt and she was right! First time in my life I have had pain free laser and I have been to a lot of other places! I have already noticed great results after my first session here! Will definitely be my new go to for laser.

My coworker recommended this place to me. I’ve been coming here since Sept 2023 for monthly facial and dermaplanning add on. I have sensitive acne prone skin and Jaime is amazing, she is very thorough and knowledgeable about skin issues. Highly recommend!

Simran was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I had a facial done by her, she is very professional and made me feel comfortable. She was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. I felt relaxed and had a wonderful experience. I was pretty impressed with the final result. I would highly recommend her to others.
