I’ve been visiting Vivid Spa for a few years now, and I can honestly say it’s been nothing but exceptional. The vibe I get is always peaceful and relaxing. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth, and the staff are incredibly professional and friendly. A special mention to Amber, who was recommended to me at my very first visit, and have been coming back to her and only her ever since. Amber has been nothing but absolutely fantastic, She is attentive, kind, and easy to get along with. She listens carefully to what I want from each session, whether it’s relaxation, tension relief, or any specific problem areas. Amber’s technique is always spot-on, and I leave each time feeling rejuvenated. The rooms are also always clean, well-maintained, and inviting. The overall experience from start to finish has always been top-notch, and I always look forward to going there. Amber is definitely a gem at Vivid Spa, and I highly recommend both the spa and her services to anyone.

Five stars for an exceptional experience! My visit with Rose was truly life-changing in the best way possible. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and full of positive energy. The entry and lobby had such a lively, upbeat ambiance with happy clients and staff alike, creating a warm, welcoming feel. The session itself was outstanding—Rose was incredible! The room was beautifully set, the shower was perfect, and the massage was simply amazing. I felt completely at ease, and even though we went overtime, a little, it was relaxed and enjoyable. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

I don’t often give negative feedback, but I felt it was important to share this experience for improvement. I had a good experience upon arrival, as the front desk staff was very welcoming and professional. However, the experience in the room was disappointing. While I don’t want to single anyone out, I feel it’s important for other clients to be aware. I was drawn in by the description of Julia on the website, but unfortunately, my experience did not match that portrayal. I booked a 30-minute session, but she seemed to be in a hurry and appeared focused more on her business than on providing quality service. Her communication was cold and ingenuine. Ultimately, while the receptionist provided great customer service, my overall experience was not as expected. I would not recommend Julia based on my experience.

Hello, my first experience there was great 2 weeks ago. I bought an hour but since I enjoyed it so much I paid extra money and extended the time. I came back the other day to experience the same pleasure but it was not as good as the first time. It was a service focused only on money and I did not enjoy it at all. I wanted you to know this as the manager.

Two words. “Rose” & “Wow!” It was great meeting her and I highly recommend her. She was incredibly friendly, sweet and easy to talk to. Her energy, enthusiasm and positive spirit made it a memorable experience and will re-visit.

Hi Guys, I’ve been working at Vivid Spa for almost 2 years and it’s become my home. I love my daytime manager Julie she’s ALWAYS happy and so loving, she never switches up on you ❤️ And my nighttime manager Aliyah who is caring, funny, runs a tight ship, a boss, and protects us ❤️ The owner is like a mom to me and as long as you do your job you won’t have problems. It’s really not rocket science???? They have all supported me in my education and the betterment of my future so I will always have respect for them and treat this place like my home???? The only people who are compelled to leave a BAD review are pissed off, miserable people but as you can see all my clients are happy. Happy guys don’t go around bashing businesses and ruining people’s livelihoods. If you had a bad experience here, management is always open to rectifying the situation and you can always try out a different girl? Just a suggestion ????????‍♀️ If you’re on here reading bad reviews left by internet trolls you clearly cannot think for yourself. I usually like to try things out and see for myself to see the truth when it comes to new experiences… If you have read this far, thank you! You’re a real one and I would love to meet you ???? I offer an experience not just a normal session and that’s why I have good reviews left by REAL MEN. Please be mindful of the energy you bring into this space the girls here work hard and we deserve respect too because it’s our body and energy we are sharing with you. I would definitely not recommend you to go to Vivid Spa. It costs 50$ at the entrance. They take you into the room and say 130$ for the girls, but when you get in, the girls ask for 250$. When you pay 130$, they send you back without doing anything. So, my advice is definitely do not go here. Even if you go, there is a Ukrainian lady. definitely don't go Actually it's not even worth giving one star
