I searched for months for a spa that offered facial and found York Mills Spa to offer a wide variety of options and the website pictures and information were helpful. I wanted to treat myself and since I have never gotten a facial before and so I finally decided to give this spa a try. The service was AMAZING. Jenny explained each stage of the process and application which I liked. The spa was very tranquil and clean. I will be booking myself a massage on next visit. I got extraction, microdermabrasion, mask and facial massage ????????‍♀️. Jenny even gave me neck massage since my face did not require much extraction and there was time. Treat yourself or your loved ones.

Services: deluxe facial, deep tissue message, french manicure. Deep Tissue Message: she was amazing. Just one touch, and she knew which muscles to put more focus on. She would check in when she added pressure and would make sure I am comfortable. I would love to have her again! 5/5 rating Deluxe Facial: The facialist was so gentle on extracting the few acne I have - they were on the chin line, temple, and cheeks bones. Not only was she gentle, she also helped me understand my skin and provided me with important info in what my skin needs. Definitely would love to have her again. 5/5 rating French Manicure: The results were terrible, and so was the experience. I was quite upset seeing the tips Pinkish-yellow and even more upset that it was chipping the next day. I had thought the french manicure came with hard skin removal, cuticles work, buffing, and filing. Their website page for mani/pedicure had no description for the services. If they had put a detailed description of the services, I would have made a decision to meet my expectations.

Amazing Experience! I took my mom for her birthday yesterday to get the RMT, hot stone massage, facial and mani/pedi. We went to a different spa last year and it was terrible but this was a great experience from beginning to end. The staff were super friendly and gentle with my mom- she turned 63 and had an injured arm. My mom said she felt so much better afterwards and the staff gave her some tips and recommendations of stretches to help her once she went home. Hot stone massage was our favourite! Soothing after the RMTs and completely relaxing. Special thanks to Jinny, Grace and Sara! (I’m so sorry there is one more person and I forgot their name but thank you so much! ???? My mom and I will definitely come again! ❤️

This is my go-to spot for massages and facials! The entire process, from booking to receiving the treatment, is seamless and hassle-free. The service is exceptional—Mable at the front desk is quick, efficient, and always welcoming. Gigi is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever had! She has an incredible ability to help me fully relax while targeting the exact areas that need attention. Every visit is a fantastic experience, and I can’t recommend them enough! Highly recommended!!

I booked a 60-minute hot stone massage based on the information on their website, expecting a proper hot stone treatment. However, I was extremely disappointed to find that the actual hot stone portion lasted less than five minutes—the rest felt like a regular massage. If hot stones are only meant to be used briefly, then why advertise a full hour under “Hot Stone Massage”? There was no real difference between this and a regular massage, aside from a few minutes of hot stones. I wasn’t expecting the full hour to be hot stone, but certainly more than just a few minutes. The misleading advertisement creates false expectations, and it’s frustrating to pay extra for something that wasn’t delivered as described. This isn’t about the cost—it’s about honest advertising and customer experience. If they had been upfront about how limited the hot stone portion would be, I wouldn’t have booked it. Would not recommend unless they clarify their services properly.

Lovely first experience. My massage therapist was friendly. Intuitive. Spoke just enough. And massage was just what I needed as she assessed my needs. Check in a little different. No shoes allowed which is nice. But you have to go upstairs to register and then back down for massage. Also asking to pay and tip before message is not appropriate.

I have been to different massage places, and I would say that this is the best place I have been to! The massage felt great, and they did a hot stone as well which is a first for me. The massage therapist put good pressure (not light) which is what I prefer, and at the same time was not hurting me. If you are looking for a great massage, look for Jennie. I will definitely be back next year!
