Best facials ever! Luisa is amazing, she is so knowledge and always goes above and beyond. Would recommend Bliss to anyone, their space is so welcoming and everyone is so friendly soon as you walk in the doors.

Very nice place! I've been getting my lashes done by the same technician since before she was at Bliss, however it's a very nice establishment. Clean, cozy and relaxing atmosphere & all of the staff I've seen or heard from seem very lovely =) I can't currently speak to all of their services but I'd wager they're also a great experience.

The girls and services are great! The 1 star is because they don't return phone calls from clients even when messages are left. Another big part of customer service is to return clients phone calls. I have called multiple times this week, and nobody will return my calls. It's extremely frustrating as a customer to not be able to get clarification on an appointment made. Also, I was over charged by them when I switched services done. Technically I should have paid $93, but instead they charged me $125 to change my service to microneedling, the online booking site charges GST, so...why are you overcharging customers? I realize times are tough, but that's a bit ridiculous don't you think?
