I paid the premium for deep tissue because I really wanted my tight muscles to get worked. The facility is very clean, they offered me tea, the staff was all very nice and the massage was very relaxing. I would definitely come back again next time I'm in town."

"I really enjoyed my experience at Nordic Spa and Willow Spa at Fairmont Pacific Rim. I did minus 1 star is because I wish there are more steam rooms at spa. We could use 90min at the Nordic Spa which was upper floor and then we had another 90min to use at the spa on the 5th floor for a total of 3 hours. The Nordic Spa has an outdoor pool and dry sauna, with cold dips. I thought 3 hours are enough to stay but needed more!!! But I will come back."

"I had the most wonderful birthday experience at Fairmont Spa at Fairmont Pacific Rim. Upon entering, my massage therapist Katie had written a "happy birthday" sign to me with my name displayed on the table. I appreciated how she was so welcoming and warm. During my massage, Katie was attentive and tailored her service to meet all my needs. I had mentioned to her the areas on my body where I felt most sore, and she was able to help heal and release the tension in all those areas. She also made sure that all other parts of my body were attended to and took the time to explain the significance of doing so to support the overall balance and wellbeing of my body. The massage on my feet and hands were surprisingly relaxing and soothing. Katie is such an angel and a true healer! I am so grateful to have been able to get pampered at Fairmont spa, and I would highly reccomend Katie."

"Overall, a good experience with a premium feel. The relaxation massage was nice, and they offer good snacks and tea. You can use the jacuzzi, mineral salt bath, and sauna before or after your appointment. Unfortunately, the steam room wasn't working, and the wait for space in the pool/sauna as they are small was a bit disappointing. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The Nordic spa is separate, and it's best to book in advance as it’s usually fully booked."

"One of my favorite spas in Vancouver! Located inside the Fairmont Pacific Rim, this spa is so relaxing and wonderful. Service is great and the facilities are clean and well stocked. There’s a locker for all your stuff, clean showers, indoor steam room, two hot tubs, a gorgeous outdoor seating area, a peaceful indoor seating area and lots of snacks and teas. I got a facial and my skin felt so soft after. I always feel so zen after the experience and always look forward to more rest and relaxation at Willow Steam."

"Was here for a 90 min massage on Nov 16massage was great and my therapist even offered me earplug due to the Grey Cup noise but it wasn't so bad. Service was excellent. Giving it 3 starts because both hot tubs were not HOT, they were warm, sauna wasn't hot and the steam room in the women's wasn't working. So If you like the steam room call in advance and make sure is working."

"RMT with Colin was worth it! Parking underground but waived -$20! Nice. Gently scented lavender chilled towels outside the steamroom is great. Eucalyptus steam room. Magnesium jacuzzi, HEATED treatment chair, luxurious robes. RMT 60 mins was $239+gst and you can use extended health benefits. Classy appropriate selection of spa music. Light snacks! Thankful cause I thought I was gonna be hungry with the extra 2 hours you get to enjoy the spa after your treatment. Incredibly courteous and smiley front desk, and back of house staff. Big lockers. You can order food to the spa in the quiet lounge"

She was professional, intuitive, and clearly very skilled—I work from home so i’m always quite sore from sitting at a desk all day but she knew exactly how to work through my tension and stiffness with the perfect amount of pressure! I left feeling completely refreshed, relaxed, and so much lighter. I come to this location often since it’s in my neighborhood, and June is by far one of the best massage therapists I’ve had. "I had a wonderful experience at Pure Sense Spa with Elena as my esthetician. I booked the Essential Facial (45 min) and was really impressed with the quality of the treatment. They use GM Collin products throughout the process, which included cleansing, toning, steaming, exfoliation, extractions, a nourishing mask, hydration, and a relaxing neck and shoulder massage. The facial was completed with a 30 SPF sunscreen application for sun protection, which I really appreciated. As someone with combination skin on the drier side and occasional hormonal acne, I’m always cautious about facials, but none of the products used were pore-clogging. I left feeling fresh, deeply hydrated, and completely refreshed. I also love that they carry Eminence skincare products, which are amazing for sensitive skin! I drove over an hour and a half each way to try this spa, and it was absolutely worth it. I was very impressed with both the service and the overall experience. The 45-minute facial is extremely affordable considering everything that’s included. If you’re looking to try out this spa, I’d highly recommend starting with this service first! I look forward to coming back and trying more treatments when I’m in the area."
