"While this location has very fast response time and is great at accommodating time changes the service left a lot to be desired. I went for a leg and underarm wax and have been waxing by myself for over 10 years. My provider rushed through the process, didn’t check to see how I was doing or slow down when I was visibly wincing despite being pretty used to hot wax. Furthermore, they left me with severe and abnormal redness and pain in my underarms that has not subsided after 2 days. I hope my experience is an outlier but I felt it important to share my experience."

"I normally go here for threading which I give a 4.5 out of 5 but when it comes to nails services like manicure and shellac I would not recommend going here. $35 for manicure & shellac services and the tech did not have proper training. As you can see below the shellac coat is not put on properly which left bubbles and gaps at the sides of the nail beds. Normally when you go in for shellac nails they clean up you nails but while she was filing and cleaning up my nails the tool kept coming off the nail and rounded the nail tips because of lack of technique. Then when it came to cleaning up the cuticles they soaked my hands and started pushing back cuticles without a cuticles cream so it was a bit rough and caused discomfort. Which was followed by shaping with nail file and the tech did not file the nails properly around the nail bed and only on the nail tip. After that she applied the base and top coat for shellac which was not eventually distributed on the nails and left gaps/bubbles on the side of my nails. It was an unprofessional job and i wont be going back for anything other then threading from now on."
