"My husband and I booked an appointment for a massage. And when we arrived the door was locked, we rung the bell. A lady answered and she turned us away saying they are busy. We told her of our appointment and she was persistent that they were busy and she couldn't see us, turned us away and didn't rebook us or anything. On top of that, she was hiding behind the door as if something sketchy was happening. We thought this was so unprofessional. We won't ever try to come here again"
