"I got a gift certificate for a facial with Vanessa and honestly didn’t know what to expect… but WOW. This ended up being the best facial I’ve ever had in my life — no exaggeration. From start to finish, it was pure bliss. Vanessa’s technique is amazing. The facial was beyond incredible, and the massage? Next-level relaxation. I felt like I melted into the table and floated out afterward. Also - can we talk about the little extras? Their cookies are ridiculously addictive (seriously, try the biscuits!), and the lemonades are so refreshing. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel pampered in every way. I’m 100% coming back. If you’ve never had a facial before, this is the one that will blow your mind. Absolutely unforgettable."

"I had a body wrap and a massage and it was a truly magical experience. The setting and spa services were really great, loved the steam room! The selection of tea and cookies was nice too, but most of all my massage therapist Heather was the best part. She gave a truly excellent massage and the body wrap was life changing. "First time going to Riverside spa last night and it was amazing! If you like deep tissue and want someone that truly cares and loves their job then go see Tammy! Her passion for her job is incredible and I can’t wait to go see her again soon. The facilities are well maintained and the gals that keep things clean are on point and very friendly. "Holy cow. The space was gorgeous and calming. I might have consumed by body weight in tea and biscuits in the relaxation area. The massage was excellent, and I had a facial that left me impermeable to the wind in -25. Your girl was happy."

"I booked facial treatment and I did not get blackheads on my nose removed! I reported this to the receptionist and the only thing she can offer is to leave a note for next time and they charged me full price. Of course there won’t be a next time, I do NOT recommend it at all. Worth mentioning, Atmosphere is nice, products are of good quality."

"It had been at least a decade since I had visited. The staff were all very kind and patient. Special thanks to Tori; she provided all three services I booked. If you are looking for professionalism and an easygoing experience Tori is your woman. The steam room was epic in the dark with the lights off. Do t be afraid to ask a loud patron answering their phone in the waiting room to eat it. You paid for a relaxing experience. Welcome them to OUR world please. "This is my favourite place in Calgary to get a therapeutic or relaxation massage. I come early to have a steam and to relax a bit. Everyone I’ve seen for massage is excellent and knowledgeable. I’ve also had one pedicure here that was great - the tree views from the pedicure chairs are really nice"

"I recently received a hot stone massage at Leela Eco Spa and was underwhelmed by the experience. In my previous visits to other spas, hot stone massages typically involved the stones being used throughout the entire service. However, at Leela Eco Spa, the stones were applied only a few times to my back and once on my back legs (not the front), and the remainder of the massage was performed with hands which was confusing. In my opinion, this felt more like a therapeutic massage rather than a hot stone. And for the price, I didn’t think it was worth it."

After the treatment he brought one of the massage students to work an area on my hip, she was really good and worked with my lack of pain tolerance. I can say enough good about my experience there. "I have been seeing Ling She is amazing. Although it hurts to break up the adhesions it's very beneficial. My left hip has been elevated for most of my life(62 years) no chiro has been able to put it back in. Ling has not only realigned me but for over 6 months it has stayed aligned, I fall less because I'm even. Ling has been a god send after 3 accidents in less than 4 months. I was in a great amount of pain but persistence and a month and a half later pain was under control to no pain."

"Absolutely a horrible place. One star is not even good enough. My 2 daughters got trims before school. One daughter the lady sprayed a water bottle on her hair cut across the bottom and was done. 10 minutes maybe. 2nd daughter was with a different stylist and was over 45 min. When I went to pay they wanted to charge me $50 for the 1st daughter. I said no absolutely not. Not even high end salon would charge $50 for a GOOD cut. I showed where the hair was uneven and cut was bad.I was yelled at and told the cops were going to be called if I don’t just pay. I said I will have a seat and wait for them then. I never said I wasn’t going to pay- I am just not paying $50 for what was done on the one daughter. This older man continued to yell at me pointing his comb in my face loudly and screamed at me. I calmly waited for said I’d like to pay now so we can leave however I am not paying $50. The woman that did the cut came and told the man to leave. We talked and she and I agreed on $30 which was still too high. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS."

"My most recent haircut from there will definitely be my last! I was charged $50 for a haircut. Just a haircut! There was not a shampoo, and I wouldn’t say there was even styling done after. She gave me a quick blow dry and a light spritz of hairspray as my hair was mostly dry the entire cut! This cut took no more than 15 minutes! The price there has definitely increased since my last cut was only $22 or so dollars!"

"Took my daughter for a hair cut. Asked for layers and some shape. Not only did she not get any layers, she cut it dry and only took a trim off the bottom. No wash, no style nothing. And still costed me over $40! Never would I go back!! Awful."

"I had a long bobcut and just needed it trimmed in the back. I asked for short in the back, "with layers". There must have been some confusion because I ended up getting the entire back of my head, nearly to the top, shaved into a fade. The front half of my head was still at shoulder length, so it looked really bad.. I ended up needing to go somewhere else to get it fixed, and now instead of a bobcut I have an awkward half-fade pixie cut, just so it can look like chopping off all my hair was intentional. I realized for the price of a dry cut here (I paid $49) I could have gone to a more reputable salon for the same price."

"I am fuming. I took my daughter for a haircut yesterday and she had asked to go short. She had a photo and showed the woman doing her hair. Her hair was butchered. The stylist only asked me if I wanted layers, she asked this at the very start, I said yes soft layers. No follow up questions asked at all. Basically my daughter got a tapered mushroom cut. Way shorter than I asked, way shorter than the photo. Maybe the stylist needs a refresher course on trending hairstyles. I have been a client here for some time and will never go back, not ok to just hack off a little girls hair."
