"Popped into Beauty Worx for the first time today after passing by it for years and always wanting to go in. I have to say it was an even better experience than I had imagined. Both Tran and Nikki were so professional yet equally personable. I had brought a book with me thinking I would maybe read during my pedi but ended up just chatting very naturally through the entire mani and pedi! The session was so pleasant and relaxing it felt like I was just there with two gal pals. So good I cant wait to go back for another round soon. "I've got my nails done here a couple times and they were absolutely amazing! I would leave a 5 star review, however, the service here is very VERY slow. After my last 2.5 hour manicure, I told myself not to come back. I appreciate that Tran pays attention to detail and is a perfectionist. But a manicure shouldn't take more than an hour and 45 minutes... 2 hours and 30 minutes to do my nails was unbearable. Especially when they have no TV's or music playing..."
