"On m’a annulé à 2 reprises les soins Head spa Japonais en duo. C’est vraiment dommage! Je comprends qu’il peut y avoir des enjeux hors de leur contrôle mais du côté client cela demande aussi une organisation familiale quand on veut un soin en duo et annulation dernière minute. De plus, reprendre un rdv en duo est plusieurs semaines/mois plus tard car peu de disponibilité. Il aurait au moins été bien de se faire proposer une compensation quelconque pour les désagréments clients et ce à 2 reprises."

"I took my 3 year old daughter here for the princess manicure / pedicure for her birthday. She really enjoyed it and the nail tech was so kind. While my daughter had her nails done, I was also able to get a pedicure within the same time. Would recommend for a fun mother-daughter day outing."

"Oh my gosh is all I have to say ♡ this place is beautiful and welcoming, I had my hair done today by Morgan who was so amazing she explained the whole process and really brought my vision to life, the whole experience was amazing from beginning to end and my hair came out perfect of course ! She did a full color correct and chocolate espresso balayage. I enjoyed a delicious coffee, calming lavender spa mask and a relaxing scalp massage this place is hair salon meets spa (and they offer tons of other services) definitely check them out ♡"

"I booked a pedicure and was then contacted via text by Glow to move the appointment up by several hours because of an impending storm. Of course (even with a very busy schedule) I rearranged my day. I showed up for my appointment at the time they requested me to come. I was then told that I didn’t have an appointment at that time it was still showing the original time. I showed the receptionist the texting from Glow. There was no proper apology. I asked since I was already there is there not someone who could possibly fit me in? She then disappeared and came back and said they could get someone to do in a half hour. I had to ask for this and there was no offer of a glass of wine or anything for the hassle. You really need to look at the customer service of your reception and texting to clients. My pedicure service was nice."

"AMAZING EXPERIENCE 11/10 NO CAP! From when you walk in it’s very visually appealing and clean, smells nice and was treated like a queen. my boyfriend and I both got pedicures and I was so satisfied. They had a beautiful waiting room with lots of products to purchase and chairs were comfy with pillows and blankets they make sure you are comfortable the whole time they are very knowledgeable and explain the process as they are working we both got glow day spa pedicures and I got shellac and they even have someone who comes around with a menu asking if you like anything… of course I got a mimosa and a water it was delicious. We ended up loving how our feet felt and looked we purchased the products they used (honey heel glaze) and the (eucalyptus and rose clay scrub) and was well priced and the ladies were so sweet and made sure we were 100% satisfied. Definitely be coming back and recommend to everyone if you want to feel pampered."

"My daughter and her friends went to Glow for her birthday and had princess manicures The esthetician's did beautiful manicures and my daughter received a lovely complementary gift. It is a beautiful and professional spa Thank you for the great experience!"

"I was recommended by a friend to get a lash lift and tint at Glow day spa, and they had a promo so I ended up getting the lash lift and tint as well as the brow lamination. I was happy with the lash service, however the brows I was not happy with. The service provider kindly explained how the brow lamination works in relation to how the hairs will sit since I’ve never had this service before, but I was never informed about how it would impact my skin. I now have a patch above both eyebrows that showed up the next morning after getting the lamination. My skin is red, sore, and bumpy, it almost looks like a bunch of tiny pimples. This service was done on Wednesday evening, it is now Friday and my skin hasn’t gotten any better. I followed the instructions of avoiding water for the first 24 hours so I’m not sure what went wrong, although the wax used was rather hot so maybe that had an effect, I’m not sure. After this experience I would highly recommend to stay away from the brow lamination if you are debating getting it done."

"I have gone to Glow Day Spa a few times now for just my eyebrows and nails and have been very pleased every time I have gone. Everyone is extremely friendly, environment is relaxing, and very clean. This past time however I was a little unimpressed. Ended up being 20 minutes late for my appointment which I understood as sometimes appointments can run a bit long but I felt my nail appointment was rushed. I did not really check my nails after as I went right in to get my eye brows waxed (did an amazing job). I finally actually looked at my nails once I got home (got a French manicure) and noticed nail polish all under my nails. I just feel when you are paying that price for a service it should be all clean. I am still giving a 4 star review as this has been the only “negative” experience I have had there and it is a very minor thing but wanted to share my experience."
