"OMG, please don’t go to this place. They are scammers. The price in website is different while I went with my family, she charged us double without giving us services. She also shouted at us and tried to lie about the time. I do not recommend this place and I would like to request the owner to change the reception. Thank you for your response, but I need to clarify the situation as your reply does not accurately represent the events. Here are the issues I would like to address: Pricing Discrepancy: While your website mentions that prices are "with consultation," this does not explain the significant difference between the prices advertised and the $200 charged, plus an additional $22 in tax, which brings the total to $222. The service provided did not match what was advertised, and this pricing felt misleading given the lack of quality service. Jacuzzi Access for My Son: My son was allowed to use the Jacuzzi for only five minutes, after which he was told he could not continue. This was completely unfair, especially when considering that he was initially allowed to use the facility. Lack of Services: We were expecting a full service with scrubbing and other treatments, as described on your website. However, we were only given access to basic amenities like the hot water and Jacuzzi. The services provided were not what we had anticipated based on your descriptions. Timing Misrepresentation: Our session began at 6:30 PM, as recorded by your cameras, yet your staff falsely claimed that it ended at 8:10 PM, despite the fact that it was only 7:30 PM at that time. Privacy Violation: While I was changing, your staff sent two men into the changing room, completely disregarding my privacy. My husband politely asked for five more minutes for me to finish changing, but instead of respecting this request, your staff shouted, escalated the situation, and called the police. Unprofessional Behavior: Repeated disturbances by your staff, shouting in front of my son, locking us inside, and refusing to provide a simple hairdryer for my wet hair were all unprofessional and disrespectful actions. I would like to make it clear that I did not come as an influencer seeking free services; I paid the full amount upfront and expected to receive the services that were advertised. The treatment we received was far below expectations and was very disappointing. I urge you to take these concerns seriously, improve your service standards, and ensure transparency in your pricing to avoid misleading future customers."

"The experience was NOT worth the money spent. The place is beautiful and fairly clean, but the owner is stressful, yelling at her staff and rushing things. The treatment was fine, but nothing more. The steps in the treatment are not explained, and the service provided is rushed, with no attention paid to relaxation and well-being. Staff are smoking cigarettes in the spa. The tea was cold. The lights are irritating and it's cold in the changing room. People walk around in outdoor shoes in the spa. In short. Spend your money elsewhere."

"WOULD RECOMMEND! I went for my brow lamination and upper lip lazer treatment. Firstly, the clinic has very zen energy, very clean and everyone was friendly. I had my appointment with Kara, and I was happy to have had her do treatments. She took her time, played relaxing music and the conversation was almost like a therapy session! She had amazing energy and thoroughly walked me through each step of the treatment, which educated me as it was my first time. The overall experience was one of a kind. I felt calm the whole time. "I went there as my hairstylist if 10 years retired. I got a young hairstylist by the name of Lucia who did something different than what I had asked. I had to go back 4 days later for a toner as my hair wasn’t ashy blonde anymore but orange (400$ hair turned orange). A month later, I went back and got amazing Angela! She fixed my hair perfectly bringing the balayage colour up as it was low and fixed the orange completely. It was beautiful and so many compliments! She offered me a toner 2 weeks later to cancel the new highlights that were copper due to the previous colour. She’s my go to from now on! Angela is the best! The first experience left me disappointed but the only reason they get more than 1 star is bc of Angela and only Angela"

"Angela is really the best!!! She really knows her way with the bleach. When I started to have my hair done by Angela and I never though I could have healthy blond hair but she made it possible. I absolutely love the way she does highlights with the secret sauce of the root smudge, it is just perfection! She is also very good at cutting and will always listen to you, won’t ever chop more than agreed. Angela is like the blond whisperer, she knows exactly how long to leave the bleach on and will never forget about you. She really takes the time with the placement of the foils, the hair just always falls beautifully no matter which way it is styled. Honestly Angela is just a gem, she is very knowledgeable in her field and also a really sweet person."
