"No photos allowed so here's the outside (I'd love to go back in a photographer capacity to show everyone how gorgeous this place is because good lord it is BEAUTIFUL and the lack of available photos is kind of a tragedy, there's gotta be a way to respect privacy and get some gorgeous consenting shots for the first time googler's viewing pleasure). Went for my anniversary, I got the vegan charcuterie and an oat milk lions mane london fog, partner got the meat charcuterie and the majik algae aloe. Both of us were totally blown away, will halve to go back. Do the salt scrub, if you have allergies, the eucalyptus sauna is heavenly. The plunge pools are obviously full on Nordic style so expect cooooold for the cold but it's cathartic if you give it an honest whirl as painful as it is at first. The whole experience puts Es in HAVN because it is HEAVENly."

"This spa is a must do in Victoria. The downtown city view on top of the sauna ship was so nice! We enjoyed the hot tub, ambient tub (not too hot), the cold tubs, the cold showers, the saunas, the salt scrub shower and, the relaxation areas. The staff were friendly. The design is modern with nice wooden tones and plants. The only small improvement I would recommend is for the staff to check if there is still hot tea in the container more often. When it ran out there was no staff around in the spa area for a bit. I had to walk out of the spa area downstairs to ask staff if they could fill it up again. They were pretty fast to bring up another container of tea but we noticed it was not hot but warm/cool. They had hot tea about an hour after. Overall though, this spa is quite nice and definitely worth coming to if wanting to experience an upscale relaxing spa."

"Stunningly clean and beautiful. Two cedar saunas, one eucalyptus. Four tubs, cold, comfortable, wam and hot - all offering excellent views of the city/sea! Very lovely staff. Overall a wonderful experience."

"Havn has quickly become a healthy addiction for my body and soul! In today’s bustling world, it is such a gift to find a space that has a combination of self-care and community. For myself, the biggest self-care that happens at Havn is the 2-3hrs away from my phone(no devices allowed in the spa area), and being in a space with no more than about 30 other people also without their devices. Being in a “crowd” where people are either chatting with each other, gazing out across the harbour, reading or just eyes-closed relaxing, one can totally feel the precious window of decompression that is happening! Combine that unplugged vibe with wonderful hot tubs, cool/cold tubs, saunas, and comfy indoor shelter areas and it is truly a wonderful place to visit. They have some yummy snacks, elixirs, coffee & tea too. Havn is locally owned, designed and built, and has wonderful, friendly, attentive staff. A lovely way to have a mini escape in the city!"

"My husband and I came here and thoroughly enjoyed this experience! The space is beautifully designed, well maintained, and has prime views of the harbour. We appreciated that the hot and cold amenities were truly hot and cold. The salt scrub shower was also a nice touch! We felt so relaxed after leaving. If we lived in the area we would definitely come here AT LEAST once a month. Such a gem and reasonably priced at that."

"Don't forget to bring: slippers, bathing suit, water bottle (optional), snacks to keep in your locker in case you get hungry. Amazing experience here, you may need to book a month ahead, you get 3 hours to enjoy the rooftop amenities which are two hot pools, one 'ambient' (which WILL be a cold plunge on a cold day), a cedar and eucalyptus sauna, and a 'social' regular sauna, along with a salt scrub shower, and a very cold... cold plunge. You get to enjoy the amazing view of the Victoria harbour, sea planes taking off, and a nice sunset or sunrise depending on the time of day. Don't miss this experience !"

"When I first saw Olena I had been struggling with shoulder and back issues for more than 2 years. I was in pain a lot, sleeping was difficult, and shoulder mobility on my left side was limited. I'm only in my 40s. I had tried multiple physiotherapists in that time, been on rounds of steriods and naproxen, and was still a mess. Within 6 weeks the improvement was incredible. Shoulder mobility was better, pain levels were down. I could turn my head and use my arm without always feeling like I had badly pulled the muscles. I couldn't believe not only the results but how fast they came. Things I had gotten so used to being stiff and sore I didn't even mention them during our first session went away. If you are struggling with post surgical or injury pain, stiffness etc I highly recommend you give her a try. The room was loud and I could hear everything from the next room and reception. I could not enjoy my massage. It might be a concept for traditional Chinese massage but this isn’t for me."

"This is my go to place for foot reflexology and massages in general. This place is perfect after a long day at work or just overall tired. Unlike Go Place across the plaza, this place is reasonably priced. It doesn't have a sauna or bath facilities, but the massage and the masseuse are amazing. I like a hard massage, and they have both the skill and the power. The foot reflexology is the best. They have cable, so you can enjoy a foot bath, a foot massage and watch your favorite show all at once. Most importantly, it is reasonable priced. I think it was approximately $50 per hour. Overall, I love this place and always go back."
